Overall I think they tried , just didn't have the squad capable of troubling the Storm

I didn't see any of the game as I was at work. Can anyone tell me how the bench went? I think those four are as good, if not better than most other teams yet recently they seem to have gone off the boil. There was a period where we had like a power game going and our forwards were killing it...now we seem to get dominated by lesser packs.

Any ideas how Potter (or possibly his replacement if he gets the chop) can get more out of our forwards....

The bench was very poor, IMO. Gavet needs a lot of work, he plays minimal minutes yet still doesn't have any idea of how to position himself in defense.

Taupau has gone off the boil - stupid handling errors every week.

Sue I didn't even notice.

Ava was OK, solid and mistake free as usual but not much impact.

I think the forwards will be fine , a lot of their game is attitude and if the side around them has no spark I think it makes it hard for them to stay on the boil.

Is that AFL style attempt from Slater even legal in league? It takes out Siro in the process but play continues.

Backrowers in the backline is not good.

At various times last night we had Akuola on the wing and at centre, Thompson and Halatau at centre.

If Richards is injured, we need to consider a different reshuffle

Assuming Brooks is back
1 - Moses
2 - Moltzen?
3 - Lulia
4 - Sironen
5 - Simona
6 - Austin
7 - Brooks

Or worse, we shift Austin to the wing, Farah to five eighth and Luani to hooker. It truly is that dire.

Farah at five-eighth wouldn't be as bad as it sounds, but only if Brooks plays, because then Farah would have to wait til Brooks feeds him the ball, instead of Farah starving Brooks of the ball at key times.

Ive backed the tigers heavily tonight. 10k outlay.
We are desperate and need this so I expect them to play like it but where will our points be scored?

Setting my self up for disappointment I'm sure.
Next time you wanna blow 10 grand, let me know and I'll put it to better use instead.

Akouala and Thompson likely missing this w/e with suspension too. Surely we're due a 2nd tier exemption to allow some of the NSW/Holden Cup outside backs playing?
