Team VS Raiders

i don't believe in mass changes as well.

And Robson is not the only one to blame, their is a whole heap of them Including the whole damn forward pack except for Smith and Horo.

But Robson is devoid of any talent of being a halfback. Except for for making tackles. Apart from the attitude change, This is the only change I want.

I still think its our forwards who are the biggest problem.Think how many times has robson or mateo had the chance to do there stuff.When we are in the red zone hayne has nearly always put someone over the line.
Quicker play the balls and forwards running hard will turn it round.I would say Inu and Horo where two of our better players in recent weeks thou

I'm not sure what you guys were all expecting? Why is it ridiculous that Robson has been picked again, but not ridiculous that Mortimer, Tahu, M Keating, Mateo and Hindy have been picked?

He is not playing any worse than any of them.

I doubt this is the exact team that will run out. I expect a Robson and KK to switch.

I hope so to, i stated in a previous post that if Robson plays we will lose, but i'll correct myself and say if he plays at half back we'll lose, i would like to see him come off the bench and be back up hooker. KK is not a hooker.

Here is a thought, last week when we were in the oppostion 20, who would you rather have the ball ... Tim Smith or Robson... and I don't care about tackles and when they have the ball, if you don't score you don't win

This is an important few weeks, historically between weeks 5 and 10 are when decisions are made for recruitment and retention. Like most I am not sure the team names 1-17 will be the run on side.

Exactly! If you guys want someone to blame for the loss against the Sharks (in what could be described as torrential conditions, mind you) look no further than Tahu. He drops the ball from a great offload that their winger scoops up and scores off. He drops the pass from Hayne over the sharks tryline line. That is a 8 point turn around on two errors. Whilst Robson was mediocre, he did not directly contribute 8 points to a team that beat us 11 zip.

I would have dropped Tahu for Inu just to make a statement to the rest of the team that dropping the ball will no longer be tolerated.

Mass changes are not required. Ball control and offloads are. (which is a contradiction in itself.):shock:

Drop Tahu !! Remember form is temporary but class is permanent . How can you even compare tahu & robson !! We all know how classy robson is but his form though is permanent !!

I would prefer to have had Tim Smith. At least he was fresh because he had Gallen, Barrett, Douglas, Millington & Co doing his tackling for him, and he wasn't worn out by being belted in tackles, or from making plenty of dashes. Of course you prefer to have him. Who wouldn't.
If Tahu catches the ball, and Grothe moves back a foot and takes a clean pass instead of a forward one.....Eels win....Gee Robbo was hopeless...If Hayne is not obstructed (accidentally), and Hindmarsh is his usual defensive self, Ferguson doesn't score either try. Eels win
AND if Aunt Annie had balls she'd be your Uncle..
Disappointment clouds a lot of clear vision.....The easiest thing is to drop Robbo......but who wants to take the easy way out? NOT ME....
Talk about a packet of marshmellows. Take the strain....it'll turn around. It is not as if the NSW Cup team is setting the world on fire.
AS John Ryan says "I won't stop smoking because I'm no quitter".
Jack Gibson had a good saying "Dance with those that brought you".
Daniel Anderson knows what are his best options. He is paid to make decisions. I'll go with him, rather than blokes on here who (in their opinion, which they are entitled to) think they have the solutions.

God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.

This is exactly my point! People should be dropped based on performance, not who they are. We had enough chances to win that game on Saturday night. Did you watch it? If you did, go watch it again and tell me Robson's game was worse than Tahu.

lets look at it this way, the boys had 3 days off and are due back tomorrow, teams have to be named for media tuesday arvo.
Would you like to find out your dropped via a newspaper or internet forum?
Soon as i heard the players weren't due back til wednesday i knew he would name a side similar to what we have been using so far.
If anyone is dropped then he would want to tell them face to face and tell them why.
So i don't think this side is the side that will run out on Monday night nor do I think Ando will throw the baby out with the bath water.
