Here is a thought, last week when we were in the oppostion 20, who would you rather have the ball ... Tim Smith or Robson... and I don't care about tackles and when they have the ball, if you don't score you don't win
This is an important few weeks, historically between weeks 5 and 10 are when decisions are made for recruitment and retention. Like most I am not sure the team names 1-17 will be the run on side.
Not happy just read the lineup.
How has Robson kept his spot and Inu been given the boot?
Is Anderson watching the same game as we are...
Can anyone give me a good reason why Robson is still there and Inu given the boot?[/QUOTE]
Yep. 1. Inu was Burt`s replacement. Burt is now fit. Burt is a better player and is in fantastic form. Therefore, drop Inu.
2. There isn`t another half in the club who is playing better than Robson at the moment, so who do you replace him with. If Keating and Mortimer are good enough, they will step up. So far they haven`t. End of story.
I could just as easily ask you - would you prefer: Daniel Mortimer or John Sutton? (Or Mortimer/Keating as opposed to Marshall, Bird, Roberts, Sutton, Luke Walsh, Lockyer, Barrett, Campese, Lyons or Saints little 5/8?) Because it would be no less valid a question. If we had a 5/8 worth his salt, Robson at half would be fine. This is turning into a witch hunt.

But Inu is playing better than Tahu.
Why isn't Tahu given the chop?

Because he is Timana Tahu and he is the CEO's signing?
I do think he'll get better and be a qualityplayer for us, but on form, is clearly the weak link atm in the backline.
Two dropped balls hurt us very badly on the weekend.
:sto:I enjoy our 'debates' Crazy..always have.

I thought that might have made him better. It certainly gave him a deeper voice...
Given their status as 'marquee signings', I think Tahu and Poore are pretty safe. Being buddies with the board and ceo would help too.

Yep.
Thing is, everyone was clambering for the opportunity to get on their knees during the "Revolution". Has it now turned into a Rudd/Obama style flop?
Is it a case of jobs for the boys? If so, will it come back to bite us on the arse?
Never to old for toilet humour hey?
