Teams who target other certain teams players

Sorry not sure how to word the thread properly but this is for teams who seem to target certain teams for recruitment more so than others.

For example,
- Manly seem to have a thing for Parramatta players.
- Where as recently the Sharks seem to have a thing for Penrith players.
- Penrith seem to go for Manly & Warriors players.
- Souths have had a few former Storm players as of late.
- Warriors have had a few former Cowboys go to them in the last 5-7 years.

and so on and so forth.

Warriors - Cowboys is a definite one. Steve Rapira has been from us to the Cows and back, we picked up Lillyman, sent our dead wood Rovelli and Faumuina the other way, Leeson ah Mau as well, and unfortunately lost the great man Tate to them as well.

I don't think there's any link, either. The Penrith one is obvious, given Ivan coached us. And he brought a lot of ex-Roosters reserve graders to us in his time here (Rovelli, Henderson, Aidan Kirk, and Maloney ?? Could be wrong on last one)

Penrith take who they can get really, We had a host of former raiders join us under Elliot.

Bulldogs: No one in particular, they are happy to rape everyone.

Cronulla seem to have a fancy for western sydney teams - I think bulk of their team is either from Penrith/Wests/Parra. Penrith I'm not sure of the Manly link...aside from Whare...I can't think of many other players we've gotten from them. Warriors we've only really got Lewis Brown thus far but wouldn't be surprised if we got Ukuma Ta'ai for example. Newcastle has a thing for Dragons. Bulldogs are happy to scout everyone. Tigers had a thing for ex Panthers for a while.

The obvious one is Roosters feeding off Canterbury. Shreck, Myles, Mason, Anasta - although I think they have woken up by now.

Vautin, Cleary, Elsgood to more recently Tasi, Maria-Hargeaves and they were after Lussick, Stewart and Foran.

Parra have been targetting Manly players recently as well, they signed the Hopoate family and look certain to sign Lussick after they already got his younger brother.

While Widdop is English we hardly signed him from England/Super League like Dogs did with Graham, Burgess'/Souths, Ellis/Tigers etc He emigrated here with his family as a 16 year old and went and played in the VRL with Altona before the Storm had even heard of him so it's a completely different scenario.
