I was happy to believe all the BS about the Eastern Suburbs business men rallying behind the Rorters paying big 3rd payments... BUT the NRL themselves released the 3rd party payment figures showing they had roughly 200k's worth.... SO HOW THE f**k DO THEY DO IT ?
oh Well Cronk has retired , they have another Million at least in the cap for next year.
By the way I predicted like most they will go back to back this year and see NO reason why they cant make it 3, 4 and so on.

Yeah that was a laugh lol, if you want to believe the fairy tale 3rd party numbers that they publish, apparently we spend the same on 3rd parties as the Roosters yet we have zero rep players.

Nothing a nick politis game of golf can't fix

The Roosters have been an absolute powerhouse since 1997 and particularly the last 10 years. Honestly can you imagine if teams like us, Parra or the Dogs has made 8 Grand Finals in 19 years? All clubs would be averaging 40k a game. These guys get, what 14k? I mean we average more then them most years!

.

I went to the game on Sunday and it was actually insane how little the Roosters fan presence was. Canberra monstered them in numbers.

Walking towards the stadium and popping into nearby pubs along the way it was just a sea of green

For such a powerhouse Sydney club they are a joke. Imagine if they had a few lean years

I wish Harry would turn the tigers into a powerhouse :(

He tried to but the dumbass openly said in an interview that the Tigers approached him to give TPAs to a number of players and since then the NRL have refused to sign off on any TPAs that come from Harry to any NRL players

Yep because he used to be a sponsor, probably the most geniused thing I’ve ever heard. He said in the same interview his dream was to have Billy Slater in a Tigers Jersey.

Dont bother with the tpas, go to an atm and get some cash out, or hand over a few of the thousands of apartments you pump out yearly.

That's how clubs get done. The clever way is how the Rooster's do it - blackmail the Salary Cap auditors into not investigating.

If we want to become a powerhouse we will need to establish some connections with the mafia

Or just employ an ex NRL salary cap auditor.
