Firman aint injured.

Wallace was selected on him Merits.

Firman will have to prove himself further.

I reckon our Jersey Flegg backline would be just as good in a match.

Youngquest on the wing is a weird selection imo. I see no advantage in him playing over Michael Jennings.

While I like Mick Gordon, imo he is too short to be a centre, and is a much better winger. But he is a class act. Just can't wait to see how much he has improved.

Worth shouldn't be there, Norrie should imo.

Smith shouldn't be there, Grant should, or Ranieri, O'Bierne etc.

is a good side, surprised with the selection of cutler on the wing ahead of emelio, thought he would be given a chance. also a good chance for us to see how cleal goes and if Roberts can steer a team around the park, can t wait to be up at newy on sunday, bring it on!!!

but IMO...that is a crap team.

Welcome to life as a supporter of a team coached by Matty Elliott!

yeah i know, but im just sayin that he is an option incase Finchy doesnt work out... think about it, he does have the attributes. Noone played preston cambell at 5/6 or half until John Lang came along... so you cant completely rule out the halves option.

Check your facts Preston was a 1/2 or 5/8 always, started with the gold coast. If Finch does'nt play well you will see Green, Mateo, Marsh, Keating or even Wags get a shot before Burt.

Well from all reports Elliot is playing it safe and seeing how our juniors perform early on.

I'm still confident that he'll select the right side by round 5.

That Flegg backline is the best i have ever seen. I know its only because we have the BYE in premier league, so all the under 20 guys drop down to flegg, but still, its a deadset dream backline.

i reckon ay, how freakin awsome is that starting pack :D

Just happy my team is up against the Panthers forward pack and not that one, Panthers pack is not to bad, but has nothing on the Dogs one, no one really does..

Awesome, but slow. Our Seu Seu looks set to have a big debut running rings around them. ;-)

For those who haven't been informed, we at the Vodafone Warriors, not the NZ Warriors as we were last year, the 'NZ' has finally been taken from out identity (about time too).

I can see this is going to take some time for people to adjust, especially some of the media outlets.

Our starting pack is ok, but our bench is... well, yet to be determined.

Aiton is the only proven player. Moors i expect will be awesome. Smith and Worth. Hmmm i can't imagine they will do much at all. It's an interesting change though. More game time from our starting pack it would seem.
