Genuinely surprised Nadal is $1.64 on sportsbet. Raonic $2.16. Nadal is not what he used to be.

Fed/Stan will be very interesting. Stan's played brilliantly in the AO the past few years, though Fed has given him grief on hardcourt in the past.

I'll go Stan in 4. I think he'll win the whole thing.

Yeah from an unbiased viewpoint the Stanimal is my pick for the tournament too.

But Fed is playing some brilliant tennis. The way he nonchalantly disposed of Zverev tonight was the Fed Express of old.

And on the other side of the draw I don't think Nadal will beat Raonic either. And if he does I reckon Dimitrov will be waiting.

I agree with apey thay Rafa is definitely not the player he once was. He was a physical force of nature - that was his greatest strength - and it was always going to be the first part of his game to catch up with him.

Raonic in 4 sets.

I'll go Federer in 5.

Nadal is making me get my hopes up... if he can beat Raonic he can beat Dimitrov.

Raonic is atrocious. Nadal has a huge chance to win the tournament. If Fed gets up over Stan, load up!

Nadal was outstanding. But Raonic was disappointing; he didn't even break serve once.

I do think Dimitrov can beat him though. He's playing great.

If Stan beats Fed he'll win the tournament. If Fed beats Stan then Nadal will win I reckon.

As much as I'd like Fed to win, the match up with Nadal is a complete nightmare. Nadal knows he can throw heavy top spin forehands to Fed's backhand until Fed comes up with an error...we've seen it so many times on clay & outdoor hardcourt.

Dimitrov is playing well, but this is new territory for him. I expect Nadal to drop a set at most. If he meets Fed in the final he'll win in straights. If he meets Stan...well that gets a bit more interesting. Stan in 4, crushing the dreams of Federer and Nadal fans everywhere.

I will say that Nadal still isn't the player he once was and that brings Fed back into it should the match up occur. Also take out the clay and they probably have a 50/50 record on all other surfaces.

That being said no doubt he'll target Fed's backhand with that vicious top spin forehand and break it down over time. That's why I'd back him to win.

As a massive Fed fan I'd probably be too nervous to watch that match up anyway!

I've seen him lose way too many finals to Novak and Nadal after being broken mentally by their physicality, ability to defend what would be winners against anyone else, and also their metronomic ability to make so few unforced errors.

And I never want to witness it again lol

Nadal and Fed are my two favourite players in that order... I can't really lose if they both make it. I don't mind Stan or Dimitrov either. Murray and Djokovic out = good final for me.

Nadal vs Fed & Williams vs Williams would do wonders for the ratings.
