Record 200m time so far for 2025 in the worldHow about Gout Gout running a sub 20 second 200m at 17 years old?
Real potential superstar to get behing at the next couple of Olympics.
Massive potential, a lot of pressure but has a great head on his shoulders and some very good mentors.
I have seen women's weightlifting where the athletes have beardsSome pretty petty ugly humans out there claiming he isn’t 17. Like f**k me dead, he was BORN in Australia, has a birth certificate, it’s all legit.
This isn’t a case of the local footy comp having a 13 year old playing with a beard and driving his family home after the game.
I was just thinking about it @Cheese sandwichGeez that Adolescence on Netflix is a tough watch. Stephen Graham and the rest of the cast were superb
That's no goodI was just thinking about it @Cheese sandwich
Amazing show but torrid - watched it over two days.
As a parent or even as a functioning adult, it’s is essential viewing. Even got me a bit teary for Stephen Graham - hard man in a hard spot
Oddly, limited to nil violence, sex and whatnot, just a show that you can’t get out of your head. Probaly the fact each episode over an hour is in one take, shot with a lot of characters going on
As one in their 50’s, the world is a lot different but also the same in some ways when compared you my youth.
Won’t be lost on me for a while - walking to get train to game and will be on my old mind
One hell of a good watch! A++++Geez that Adolescence on Netflix is a tough watch. Stephen Graham and the rest of the cast were superb

Holy shit! We just had an earthquake over here.
Way north of us and thankfully no damage that I’m aware of yet, but scary nonetheless.

Did you live with the fellas that did him over?Just finished watching it. Really well done.
I have to say, the opening scene where the police bash down the door and swarm in reminds me of when I was living in England and was handcuffed under suspicion of being involved in this.
It was about 5am, and I'd only just managed to drift off to sleep after suffering through one of the worst bouts of insomnia I'd ever had.
The sight of a dozen police, all in riot gear, swarming through the front door and up the stairs as I stood in my bedroom doorway was terrifying.
Next thing, pinned, handcuffed and officers barking at me "What's your name?". Then, when I responded, "Don <lastname> you are under arrest for suspicion of GBH".
Me, sleepily: "What's GBH?"
Them: "Do you understand you're under arrest for suspicion of GBH?"
Me again: "Yes. What's GBH?".
And back and forth and on an on until one of them finally says "Grievous bodily harm".
WTF?! "I've been in bed all night trying to sleep. When was this supposed to happen?".
Thankfully, I was released after what seemed like an eternity but was probably only 5 minutes.
From the questions they were asking me, I knew whatever it was it was serious -
"Are there any baseball bats in the house?".
"Are there any hammers?".
"Would you be able to tell us if they were missing?"
"How long have the fence palings been missing off the fence".
Pharque me, I thought, what the hell has gone down?
It was a really scary time and, sadly, the end of what had been, up to then, a dream life living in the UK.
I really loved those guys. They were a heap of fun to live with.
Very sad.
