I wouldn't say he's a great actor, but he is still one of my favourites. He basically plays the same character in every movie, but the role is such a great combination of action and comedy that I forgive him his lack of depth.

I would agree with this (regarding Brad Pitt). I always thought of him just as a pin-up boy, but then I saw Fight Club and started taking some notice of him. He has impressed me a bit with the roles that he has taken, he seems to want to be taken more seriously.

Brad Pitt is good IMO. Performed well in some great movies like Fight Club, Se7en and Snatch, however, Meet Joe Black is no doubt the biggest snooze-fest I've endured.
