That video shows that Joe Burgess is a great finisher. He is much faster than Daniel Tupou. What it doesn't show is that Joe Burgess is also a great cover defender. If someone with the ball breaks the Roosters' defensive line from inside their own territory, Joe Burgess will give them 10-20 yards start and then run them down and tackle them, much as Shaun Johnson has done many times. I have seen Joe Burgess do that for Wigan on many an occasion. The only attacking player in the NRL he won't catch is James Roberts of the Titans, but the Roosters will be so dominant over the Titans that it doesn't matter if Roberts scores a try or two. Joe Burgess is a speedster in attack and defence and a real asset to any team.

Joe Burgess will be the fastest finisher the Roosters have had since Boyce Beeton (who played on the opposite wing to Easts icon, big Bobby Landers). The difference is that Joe is also a good defender and a great cover defender.

Don't forget we also had that waste of space "Chariots Offiah" playing for us in the early 90's. Hasn't been many faster than him in our colours
