beside the point, I'm sure we've probably had cash to spend in years gone by and we never seem to pick up anyone of value. Sure we picked up Wade MacKinnon, and he was good for us when his hamstrings held up for more than 30 seconds of vigorous activity.

Im starting to think that nobody wants to come over to the Tigers. With players constantly being f**ked around I don't blame them.

In regards to Benji, all we need is a strong halfback who will tell Benj to f**k off when he is being stupid. You can all say whatever you want about him but we actually did well with Anasta and Benji in the halves. We were close to beating Melbourne that game and we haven't had another opportunity to repeat this.

Agreed, our backrow is too weak to carry passengers. Blair is just performing and Fulton is a defensive tackler and not too much else. Its pathetic.

The spirit of Magpies and Tigers past would be cringing- we were always strong in backrowers who put in. Our internal development has gone backwards under Sheens (the unfortunate Dwyer excepted from that).

If Dwyer didnt develope much further he was still a great player, but he could have been anything given the chance. Losing him and Tuiaki to career ending injuries is massive...

Cutting Marshall, Lawrence, Ayshford & Fulton is nonsense speak.

Fulton is a good bench player & defender. Lawrence & Ayshford are quality centres. Marshall is a massive drawcard & can break a game open in an instant.

Backs can't perform if theres no go forward, and thats been the big problem this club has had under Sheens.

Lawrence is finished. Ayshford and Fulton are bog average players, the latter tries hard but he is completely ineffective in today's game.

What do you reckon Mad Unit, from the list of second rowers you have posted, based on our previous buying history we will be chasing Costigan, Croker and Galuvao. In their day better than average players but now all too old and at the end of their career...now I am certain we will be chasing them.
