Souths are more than 1 superstar imo, they are a squad in form - Reynolds is a very good player, Sutton is in career best form, and nothing needs to be said about that pack. If injuries are kind they will give the comp a real shake this year

Agreed. I cant see rhyme or reason as to what WT are doing. We are putting some bog average players on long term contracts and when their form goes we are stuck with them, paying an absolute waste of space, Kiwi international backrower huge amounts of money to bludge and just go through the motion, and now look to be going to pay further huge amounts of money to a 5/8 that seems to have reached his peak a few seasons ago and not developed any further, been terribly inconsistent and is not a team player- he has to do his own thing.

So right, the Bellamy formula and granted he is blessed with the best ever spine ever assembled is a proven winner,recruit hard tough forwards that want to prove something in their final contract years, mix them with some raw bone athletes and in the backs, athletes who can run fast, jump high and tackle. Sounds easy dosnt it

Although their is a lot of gloom around, its only a fine line between playing busted and playing like champions

He knocked us back and you would imagine he would have come back to the field without the likes of smith,slater,cronk and Inglis. Although in saying that Iam sure he would have not put up with the rubbish we have seen in the past few years.
