You don't think that a couple of years ago when he was playing consistently well, especially s for the Kiwis, that he was one of the best? Note I did not say best - Webcke has that sewn up easily, as did Petero and Price. But back when he was consistently good I'd say he was top 10 material.

You need a captain who leads by example, can pull that rabbit out of a hat etc etc.

Players have little swing with refs anyways.

I reckon we could have Ray Price, Petero Civonceva and Andrew Johns as co-captains and the same issues would still be there.

The issue isn't with the skipper - it's a symptom that the team as a whole has problems. Fix them, and the rest will sort itself out.

If Nathan Hindmarsh still wants to play he should be captain. As i don't believe any eels players wanted to play rugby league this year. Dennis Fitzgerald what are you doing to my Parramatta Boys.
They have to have a life, they are young they need to live. Please let them enjoy their football.

Luke Burt has been a big part of us winning our games this year. He is always trying he gives his all. Luke has the experience and the talent. Sometimes he looks like he is the only one really trying to win.
