i know that since this episode people smugglers preying on gullible economic refugees have all but ceased such dangerous expiditions probably saving lives

i know that i agree with the PM in terms of the quality of these people

We're referring to one episode. That of the Siev 4 and HMAS Adelaide.

Do you have evidence that children were thrown overboard?
Do have evidence that the Siev 4 was scuttled?

Earlier in this thread, you asked me for evidence that no children were thrown overboard and I provided it.

Does the witness account from the Commander of the HMAS Adeliade stand up to your litmus test?

What happened in this thread was that you disgreed with Howard who after viewing the subsequent evidence, has had to concede that no children were thrown overboard last October.
You still think children were thrown overboard... so you're at odds with the PM.

My guess is that there is a sense of disappointment at the subsequent findings.

I think they're low human beings for putting their kids on a leaky boat in Indonesia and trying to get to Australia

The boat sank so obviously I have more concern for their kids than they do

How inconsiderate and neglectful can a parent be. How could they possibly want their children to have a life and childhood they never dreamed of having. One in australia. They must have been extremelly desperate to get on a boat like that and travel so far on it.
