AMC has apparently confirmed a TV series based on the Preacher comic series. Don't know much else apart from Seth Rogen is producing for some reason.
It's a great comic and could make an excellent show if they do it right.

Directed by Josh Trank who did Chronicle.
No one has been cast yet but if the rumours are true about who has been auditioning it seems as though they are going with a young cast.

A few diehards are hating on the trailer hard... mostly disgruntled DC fans. Personally I love it. Better than X-Men DOTFP for sure but nowhere near as good as Captain America TWS.
