I have been there heaps of times and they have never kept the light on when I've been there, and the sound has been fine when I've been. The seats are a little hard though. Half the time I go to the cinemas, I go to Event cinemas at Macarthur Square.

I used to live in Ingleburn, so I've been to the Campbelltown cinemas plenty.
Started out at Dumeresq St, then moved on to the Greater Union 9 when it was built. After a while I started going to The Liverpool 12 because the screens were bigger. Then back to MacArthur when the new Event was built.
Now I live closer to the city so I rarely get out there any more, but Event MacArthur is still one if the best cinemas in Sydney. I go to EQ, Eastgardens, Broadway and George St but only EQ is any good.

Randwick Ritz is a very good cheaper option though.

I hope ben Affleck doesn't spend the whole movie pulling that stupid face

Also for some reason I can't take Jesse Eisenberg seriously. I think it's the hair

Dumeresq St Cinemas is a hole.
Poor sound. Uncomfortable seats. The last time I went there (admittedly quite a while ago now) someone left the lights on when the movie was playing. No wonder it costs so little.

Never had an issue there. Pay $6.50 for tickets you're not going to get a 1st class experience.

Whenever I take the kids to the movies it's there. 9:30am showings on the weekends so it's not too busy.

But if it's just me and the wife we go to United Cinemas in Narellan. Not sure why but we prefer them then Event Cinemas at Macarthur.

Like Bale before Keaton (forget Clooney and Kilmer) I think Batfleck will end up with a performance to rival the both of them. Read yesterday that he is already committed to more Batman movies seperate of JL.

Loved the trailer. Why does Luthor have hair tho?

It's a wig I think. Remember Superman The Movie. Lex wore a wig in that one too and only took it off in the very end.

Affleck has been pretty good in his acting for the last few years. He'll take the role in his and Snyder's direction they see fit. He and the whole movie will be criticized for what ever reason but it will still be massively successful and watched by millions.

I'm glad it's dark. It's different and interesting. You can go into any Mavel movie now and know that you're not going to be shocked or surprised by anything any more.

Suicide Squad looks pretty damn good as well.
We see just a little bit of the Joker - but it gives me confidence in this version.
