Looks fantastic, much like season 1

I was a little hesitant about Bernthal cast as the Punisher at the start but I like what i see here. Im hoping this opens the door for other "anti hero" characters to be showcased like Moon Knight or Ghost Rider

Netflix has really open the door to more adult oriented comic book content

To be fair, they've been fairly consistent. DOFP pretty much worked to reverse the damage that Brett Ratner did with The Last Stand

Saw Deadpool today, very impressed. Not as consistently jokey as I thought people were making it out to be, but it was still a great blend of comedy and action.

Can't wait to see where they go with this character.

Seeing how well the r rating and level of violence worked for deadpool it shows just how much they missed the mark with the rubbish punisher movies

Seeing how well the r rating and level of violence worked for deadpool it shows just how much they missed the mark with the rubbish punisher movies

I quite enjoyed Warzone. The one with Travolta was rubbish though.

Unfortunately I don't think the Punisher could carry the appeal for a good movie. It's never attracted any decent star power nor do the studios seem to want to throw any decent $ into the movie

Deadpool worked due to Reynolds and co pushing hard and the great mix of humour and action. It had a very broad appeal and super good marketing

I think Netflix is the perfect vehicle for the type of character like the Punisher. 10 Ep tv series lets them build depth on a smaller budget.

Ive started listening to a few the past 4-5 months and there quite entertaining and pass the time when your doing mundane things.

I've loved the Fat Man on Batman podcast since the start. I listen to a lot of Smith's podcasts. He really knows how to tell a story.
Mr Sunday Movies I found in YouTube. He's not bad, got a good sense of humour. Will have to check out the others. Cheers for the recommendations.

I listen to/watch on YouTube "Collider". They have a daily movie news show and also a weekly Heroes and Star Wars show. Really like it and I am addicted.

10 episodes would be too much for the type of justice the punisher likes to dish out.

A 4 episode mini-series would be the way to go imo.
