The Comic Book Film Thread *** SPOILERS ***

Well I saw Justice League yesterday at lunchtime. I thought it a very entertaining movie. The 2 hours flew by, which as my Mother says is a good sign of an entertaining movie. It may not be perfect, but it is decidely better than Batman v Superman. I'd give it a 7.5-8/10.

I thought the characterisations were spot on by the cast, with them finally getting Superman right insteaed of trying to make him a dark, brooder like in Bats v Supes. I laughed at the mid-credits scene and the post cerdit scene with Deathstroke, his casting and makeup is spot on with the comic book look.

It sounds like the infinity war trailer is finally going to be released this week...

And apparently it’s different from the trailer they showed and got leaked at D23 and SDCC.

Just got out of Justice League, it was good I enjoyed it. But man with the source material it should of been so much better.

The characters are what saved the movie., I thought they were great and the actors did a great job in their roles.

The villain was bland and boring, the story was patchy and the editing terrible.

I give it a 6.5/10.

PS -Needed way more Aquaman.

Here’s a question before the big trailer hits....

Is anyone disciplined enough to go the 6 months until it’s release without watching any trailers to potentially spoil it??

I ask that question because my old man actually watched Ragnarok a week ago and he had no idea idea Hulk was in it... he’s not a huge comic book movie fan but the gladiator scene just blew the old dodgers mind... :joy::joy:

I was actually quite jealous... that would have been an amazing twist if you didn’t know it was coming....

I did well to last 15 mins

But I do agree. How awesome would it have been to see Hela smash Thor’s hammer for the first time in the cinema

Wow.... that was pretty awesome...

I notice Thor has the eye patch in the trailer... which differs from the original comic con trailer.

Yeah figured they were keeping that a surprise since comic con trailer came out before Ragnarok
