The Dida dive

Did anyone see the dive taken by the Milan goalie (Dida) in the Celtic Champions League game.

He was approached by a spectator after McDonald scored on the siren for Celtic and when the spectator ran past him he fell over holding his head and got carried of on a stretcher.

The spectator should not have been on the pitch but if this isn't the biggest dive in the history of the game, I don't know what is.

Not on Youtube yet but I guess it soon will be.

This type of thing is destroying world football at the moment.

It was a pathetic dive, but I'm furious at the idiot fan who ruined a fantastic victory for us.

How funny was i when he turned.....chased fro 2 steps.....realised he wasn't going to get there....then fell like a heap of sh*t.

More reasons why I don't like Italian teams.

whats worse is that refs get sucked in and let them get away with it

they should be handing these f**king divers red cards, not penalties

idiot

that is the most confusing dive i've ever seen in my life.

1) what was to be gained? the supporter and the club will already face heavy reprecussions
2) he ran and THEN dived.
3) where was the 22 rolls?
4) when you supposedly get struck in the head you are supposed to clutch your knee. DUH

that gilardino dive is the WORST attempt at a dive i've ever seen in my life. the celtic defender made his challenge and he keeps running then dives. idiot

Like it mattered. He knew Celtic weren't going to push forward again. In any case, he was probably trying to get the game abandoned as well or something. Utter prick in any case.

i don't have an incident by itself but a czech bloke to the worst dive in the history of football in the euro 96 final
1- it wasnt in the box but was given a penalty and
2- he jumped over the defender and dived midway in the air

i have a video of a compilation of the tournmanet though that's the only footage i got of it. a shame, that dive must be seen!
