Just turned on TFS and saw them discussing this round's matches, and they have Bulldogs vs Sea Eagles as the live Friday night match in NSW and Dragons vs Broncos live into QLD only. I'm 100% sure that Dragons vs Broncos was listed as the live Friday night match into both NSW and QLD during last Sunday's football telecast, and also here in the tv guide it is also listed that way too:

Also, both 2GB and Triple M are calling the Dragons vs Broncos match. 2GB is contractually only allowed to call the Friday night match that is broadcast live into NSW

Also, with the numerous "Beau Knows" episodes being filmed in the U.S, looks like these Beau knows episodes were nothing more than just a glorified, free holiday Gyngell et al. gave Beau and the Ch9 camera crew.

It's that when they were going through the games, they clearly referred to Bulldogs vs Manly as the first Friday night game, and in the background it said "Live 7:30pm (NSW) Delayed 9:30pm (QLD)". Thought that had to be a mistake

It was originally going to be Dogs v Manly live but seeing as though they are both playing shit and Dragons v Broncos is 1st v 3rd they made a late change to the schedule. Not all TV Guides have been updated though http://www.yourtv.com.au/guide/tonight/ so the message might not have been passed on to 9's graphics department.

Also in that Beau Ryan, Eric Grothe segment was one of the other guys wearing an ankle bracelet?

They do a great interview but then shoot straight off to their abysmal attempted comedy skits. Beau Ryan's segments just aren't funny anymore. Poor attempt to mimic the AFL's Street Talk
