Would have liked to have seen them use Davenport (Brea Priestley) more. Same with Isla Dawn. They were the two that surprised me most.

I didn't realize that Alexander had been there for 8 years!
AoP I feel weren't ever going to make it. They're too generic, and dare I say bland. In a time where bigger/powerful guys nowadays have charisma i.e Breakker, this team I felt was always doomed to fail.

Vinci just didn't have anything going for him once he went away from Imperium. Unlike Kaiser, he hasn't really shone.

I'm also surprised to see Deville had only held the tag champs once, with Chelsea Green. I thought she'd have held more gold honestly

Ricky Starkz, Miro and Malakai Black all reported to be officially done with AEW after being removed from the roster page.

Wonder how many (if any) of those will go back to the WWE.

Starks with quite close with Cody, I know he was backstage a couple of years back.
We all know Black and Miro have been with the 'E previously. Black wouldn't look out of place with the Wyatt Sicks.

None of those three guys have any leverage with aew washing their hands. WWE can offer what they want.

Didn't take long for one of them pop up with the 'E'

All will be back with WWE, with Starks already having turned up in NXT. The question will be if Rusev & Black turn up on the main roster or also NXT. I reckon Rusev will go straight back to the main roster, while Black will end up in NXT.

I ain't shedding a tear for single one of 'em. If they gave me the reigns I reckon I'd find another 15 to 20.
To be fair on that roster there is about 20 or so big names who actually move the needle. Another 10-15 who are great at making others look good. Another 5-10 who aren’t huge draws but add value in the way of comedy or merch sales. Maybe another 15-20 who will be stars that are still green.

The rest of the roster is interchangeable.

Possibly not, but apparently there has been talk of him leaving for a month. Might be a contract ending rather then release.

However I saw a rumour of a round of releases after Raw this week, no idea on legitimacy.

Not a huge Shinsuke fan, but now that the WWE is doing PLEs around the planet I would love to see them to go Japan and have him wrestle Logan Paul. Even if it is just for the crowd reaction.

Realistically, there is nothing in the releases that's a major surprise or something WWE will regret.

Also, all the releases from February are coming to the end of their 90 day release clauses, so we will see where those guys land soon.

Gutted to see Dakota go.
Would have liked to have seen Shayna used properly. How she went from being an absolute menace in that EC a couple/few years ago, to being nothing is an absolute balls up. It would have been easy to book her as a legit bad ass.
Gigi and Cora also should have been utilized better.

Chance/Karter doesn't make sense, you have a womens tag team division and then release the only real tag team you have?

That EC was almost perfect but they messed it up. They then followed it up with Shayna losing to Becky (knowing Becky was about to go away for over a year) and from there Shayna never got her momentum back.

Personally I never felt like she was a super dynamic performer but she was a legit badass and could have been better utilised. That said the WWE women’s roster is fairly top heavy and there’s even more talent in NXT they need to bring through. They’ve also just brought Charlotte and Becky back with Asuka not far behind. They need to make space to bring them all in. I would imagine Shayna would have been on a fair chunk of change as well
