De Belin 106kg
Graham 107kg
Vaughan 110kg
Frizell 108kg
Sims 106kg
Leilua 116kg
Sele 102kg
Ah Mau 110kg

Apart from Fatty Leilua they are far from big...

But powerfull. Auvau is what 100kgs? But runs harder with more impact then all our forward. Its not about having big fat slow props as much as hard running tough and gritty guys.
Our props are workers. Slow off the mark, hit like powder puffs in defense and not a lot of offload or tackle breaking ability.

I don't agree they aren't powerful. Brown is an absolute powerhouse, and when Alvaro took his role he was too but he normally plays the quick play the ball run so Brown can use that power. Both stop players dead, too.

Evans is one of the best metre makers in the comp, too. Averaged 11m a run last year.

Anyway that's a different discussion, mate. The post I was responding to said the Dragons had big middle forwards and that's why they performed so well. Clearly that was an exaggeration.

Brown has good leg speed but once gets to the line he rarely damages or busts from power, its his leg speed that is his best weapon and offload along with energy.
Alvaro is gritty but soft in defense and hitting it up. He is a worker though and a top 17 player.

Mannah is now a lesser version of Alvaro.

Evans runs hard but soft in defense. He is also a stupid football player. Hopefully BA can fix him.

Beau Scott is maybe past it? Still puts in but not the same player he once was.

We do not have a 2nd rower who can bust the line and run 50mtrs. Big problem.
We dont have props who can offload. How many offloads did we even have last night? Its all just one out crap.

I will add Tepai and Manu arent leaders. To quiet.

I see the dogs pack when they force an error from a brutal hit and there like a pack of wild animals marching in to pat each other on the back. It is intimidating. Saints are developing that and why I picked them to suprise this year and top 4.

Brown and Edwards are a big part of our pack. Mad men.
I also feel mt 2md teams biggest weakness is also the same. Pretty to watch but no mongrels.

Imo, Auva'a is the backline version of Terepo - runs hard, so it looks good on camera, but if you pay attention, Some usually is stopped dead at the line, and driven back.
