So four times in total under Arthur.

And how many times do you expect to score 40 points in a season? Last year only five teams did it more than once. Broncos and Roosters twice, Dragons and Raiders three times and the Storm five times. The Cowboys didn't score 40 points all year and they made the grand final. The Dragons and Raiders scored 40 points more times than everyone except the premiers but they didn't even make the eight.

So far this year only one team has scored 40+ points and it was the only game they won FFS.

His defence last night was exceptional. I won't buy the tale that Moses is a pea heart poor defender anymore. Sure he missed a few big-man-on-little-man tackles, but which No.7 doesn't.

He was often isolated and unlike Norman his first contact was always around the ball. Ballsy little merkin.

Besides Auva'a's try in the 10th sec of the match who destroyed Broncos. Yes Semi won that game for us as he has done many times in the past. That is who we have missed the most and BA needed to really strengthen the forwards to compensate but did FA. End of rant.

Yeah fatter forwards would give us long range tries without compromising our defence in the middle.

Just watching the game now and we're down 12-4 at halftime. Got a good feeling about this.

Watching the replay ... there was genuine effort last night ... guys going hard in defense. Running hard with the ball (well brown mostly) .... our attack got lost a bit at times, but the sharks werent heaps better ... we got hammered by the refs much of the game

And the same people would've blown up deluxe if we spent all the money we had and then Semi has to go to Brisbane or the Roosters because we couldn't offer a deal.
So Arthur did what he could, get some players in that would've been on the cheaper side that he thinks he can get something out of

It worked last year. Without TPAs we need to play Moneyball. Merkins can piss and moan but that's the reality.
