This looks like a great package for the players. Especially the one's married or in a relationship that are looking to play up .

I've already talked to friends about going but was concerned about the price even before deals were announced. It also took far too long for these packages to be made available.

This double header is only for the wealthy by the looks
You’d think a a few weeks in america would be 10k minimum. It’s a rich country and our country is a peso

Yeah, you can also get shot! And manhandled by the police if you’re dark enough.
Las Vegas
New York
Miami
LA

little wonder Americans can’t spot anywhere else on a world map they don’t need too. They’ve got it all at home

and at a push you can cross the border into Tijuana lol

Depends what you want to do really.

Miami is a shithole, but probably decent for clubbing if the right age and dont mind taking the risk of getting shot or shanked. With family the only attractions are the theme parks, which I thought were over crowded, over priced and overrated. Far better beaches in Australia.

Vegas would be pretty cool for a boys weekend. Watch the games, catch a UFC or boxing event and some shows.

LA is another shithole.

NY is the pick. Great place to visit with so much to see. You miss the NFL season but you can catch a baseball or NBA game or hockey. Good club and music scene. Great food options.

Definitely agree NY is the pick of the bunch. LA is weird… definitely a shithole but if you’ve got a car and are prepared to brave the traffic there’s some cool shit to see/do.

Yeah New York the pick out of that bunch by far. San Fran also worth a look. Agree about LA too, wasn't that fussed if i missed it but actually enjoyed it when i went in 2014, West Hollywood was a great place to stay and plenty of cool stuff to see and do all around. Last time i was in Vegas went to Palm Springs straight after, loved Palm Springs barring the heat, the weather would be perfect there in early March though.

LA is one of the biggest shitholes in the developed world. Ghastly, soulless city filled with lame desperate for attention gimps. Miami is putrid.

New Orleans, Nashville, NYC, Boston, Milwaukee, Chicago, Seattle, and DC were fun.

EDIT: In mY OpiNiOn

What do people think the attendance will be ?

I'm going to say 25k, that will be 15k drunk touring Aussies, and 10k of locals. I'd love to see a full house but based on leagues recent games in the USA ( NZ V Eng 19k in Denver, Souths V Leeds 12k in Jacksonville ) I'd say 25k is realistic

You can do more in the US and Vegas than just go to the NRL games.
If this turns into a yearly jaunt, fans will save up during the year ( yea, the economy is going gang busters ) and stay for at least two weeks. And yes, there are tons of things to do in Vegas besides gaming such as Hoover Dam, hiking, etc. Fremont Street off the strip is an eye opener.

And you have hotels that are much, much cheaper than those big rip-off casino hotels on the strip.

Yeah being Vegas and a double header will up the numbers a bit (like who’s gone go to Jacksonville?) but probably not double them.
