Western Sydney is about 2.5 million.

I don't think an NRL player will come from it, It will help the game locally though which RL needs.

The game lacks money.

India and China are no chance but a decent USA in World Cups etc might make Tests worth decent money on TV.

No reason they can't get to Ireland or Wales standard, But need players to get there

Apparently theres a contract for One Male, and One Female player from the combine. What sort of contract that is, I'm not sure.
