The Las Vegas Thread

Accoring to an article in today's Sunday Telegraph, ticket sales for the 2025 event reached 28,000 as of Saturday 21 September 2024. According to the same article, for this year's event, it took until January 2024 for ticket sales to reach that number.

I can't find it online to provide a link, but I read it in a hard copy of the paper over breakfast at my local cafe.

I created a model last year to keep an eye on ticket sales. Will give an update when it's clearer which tickets are being held back from sale for travel packages, etc.

I got a stadium breakdown of roughly:
Level 1 = 27,000
Level 2 = 8,000
Level 3 = 13,500
Level 4 = 10,500

Corporates = 6,000

Very basic estimate - based off level 2 actually being sold to this level, I'd say we're at 20k-30k Sold already. Took until the week of the event last year to shift level 2 in any real numbers.

Assuming the 28,000 sold includes Corporates. Sales would line up somewhere around this:

Level 1 - 17,000/27,000
Level 2 - 7,500/8,000
Level 3 - 1,500/13,500
Level 4 - 0/10,500

Corporates - 2,000/6,000 (est.)

Most important to sell over the next 3 months is the Level 1 seats in the camera arc. My thinking being, you want Australian, NZ and UK fans sitting here as they are more likely to arrive and stick around for all 4 games. You can then sell the level 3 (and maybe level 4) to US based fans for the lower price point and not have to worry about no shows and early leavers effecting the image of the event. I'd say on track for 50k+ at the moment.

Comparison to December 1st 2023 for last years event (went on sale in September, so will see over the next 3 months if sales actually are far ahead or just have been shifted earlier due to earlier release date):

Seating map for Allegiant Stadium (blue indicates seats available). Encouragingly an additional 12 bays have been opened up on the top level in the past 48 hours, and already some solid sales have been made in some of them.

Excluding the middle 10 bays in the lower bowl, which were put on hold for travellers (so unsure how many have been moved), breakdown of sales is as follows:

Lower Bowl: 13,200
Middle Tier: 2,600
Top Tier: 2,200

If you include those middle 10 bays, it puts the lower bowl around the 19,000 mark. Best estimates we are somewhere between 18,000 - 23,500 for sales so far.
