Broncos are happy these days with how the game is run lol
I don't think it'll be Australia this time, but there are some interesting things happening internationally. There's a club revolt happening in the UK super league against the RFL which could open the door for a NRL take over.
And the rule changes the MLR competition have just announced regarding scrums in America has international rugby nervous....... MLR is going to look more and more like rugby league. Perhaps the whole comp will defect in the future.

Interesting article posted a few pages back from a union journo talking bout the different approaches by union to league.

Union has investested millions upon millions trying to grow the game at grass roots, league is trying the opposite, starting from the top down.

I was surprised to see the union journo saying league has a better chance of taking off in the USA.
Wiki has it at 2,500 RU clubs in USA.
I think we'd be pretty happy if we had 2,500 RL clubs in America dont you?
What is there about 25 Rugby League clubs?
Their ROI looks pretty good from here.

Nrl doesn’t have the money to make a difference in super league and the English game doesn’t really want to make the changes Aussies would want regarding mergers or kicking out clubs like Leigh hull ke Wakey and huddersfield

There might be more collaboration though and hopefully they take an origin over there

Keep it simple 3 games we all knew four was overkill, esp the order. If they really wanted to do 4 could have had the women's game first then SL, 2 NRL.

Need British clubs involved.

2026
SL: St Helens V Leeds
NRL1: Melbourne Storm V NQ Cowboys
NRL2: Canterbury Bulldogs V St George
2027
SL: Hull derby
NRL1: Dolphins V Newcastle
NRL2: Wests Tigers V Parramatta
2028 ?
SL: ? Maybe get Wigan back against someone.
NRL1: Titans V Broncos
NRL2: Rabbitohs V Western Bears ?
