Quick question guys, I've had my youth investment at full for about 4 weeks now and its at inadequate. How long will it take to get to solid/excellent and when it does how much do you need to keep investing to keep it at that level?

By the way my team is going rubbish, i'm going to be relegated, but I've finally sorted out my midfield possesion problems.

From inadequate...I'd say it'd take about a full season from here - maybe a shade more - to get to Excellent....The bad news is that once its AT excellent - a 40k investment each week is pretty much still required to keep it guaranteed to stay at Excellent! : /

lol...nah man i was actually looking at your side the other day for the first time in a while...and unless u get stuffed into a right BEEATCH of a V series - whic theres nothing u can do about - if u continue to build as u have - I think you would be looking @ no worse than a mid-table finish in your average, garden-variety V series next season!...And then be pushing for promotion in perhaps the next season or DEFINITELY in the season after THAT! :mrgreen:

I'm off to Div 4 again I'd say with no losses so far this season.....hopefully can last more than 1 season there this time with my younger guys coming through and strengthening! :mrgreen:

Hehe, I had two players pop today. An 18yo to outstanding and a 17yo to formidable. Considering the 2nd also has solid winger, he'd be a real chance of getting into the national U20 side in the future if he wasn't from Sverige.

Does anyone know where Incredible Holc FC has gone?

more general banter about hattrick; i just gave 7 players the sack. as far as i was concerned they were dead wood. they had no use to my side at all. no one was going to want to buy them, so i got rid of them. because at the moment investing in my youth squad probably isn't a financially viable thing to persue, I have opted to buy some 17 and 18 year olds from the transfer market with the objective of building a strong midfield.

i've got one query with regards to my coach though. i brought in a new coach here are some details:

Albrecht Thullier
TSI = 0 , 49 years, poor form
Has formidable experience and passable leadership abilities

and I have this player who I think could potentially be coach, who is also my captain:

Torbjörn Persson
TSI = 1 150 , 27 years, solid form
Has poor experience and solid leadership abilities [Unpredictable]
