Are you religious? If so, praying would be a good start. ;-)MrCharisma said:Can anyone help me defeat this hardcore Div2 side with an insane midfield but a poor backline? He was using a half star keeper and it wasn't a sub either

Unfortunately for you, chances are he won't use that half a star keeper. That's the only game he's used him, he has another keeper that is capable of getting 10.5* when he's in good form.
If you're lucky he might take you easy and put out the same team as he did in this cup match. Otherwise, you quite frankly have no chance in hell. His midfield is hugely bigger than yours, his defence (if he does use the good keeper) is great, and his attack, while the weakest part of his team, is still good enough to score a few goals if he gets the chances. The only weakness I can see on his team is that he always focuses his attacks down one side. If you can guess which side he will attack against you (I'm guessing right as he seems to alternate between the two sides - right, left, right, left, etc) and then concentrate your defence on that area you just might be able to hold him.
Just a note about your team (and this goes for everyone), it's almost useless to play your wingers 'normal'. It takes away some of their contribution to the attack, while adding a tiny amount of their defending skill to the defence. Unless they have a very large defending skill, the amount of attack you lose is larger than the amount of defence you gain. Wingers should generally always be played offensive or towards middle (contributes a bit more of their playmaking to the midfield, but loses most of the attack on that side).
Just the midfield wingers. Wingbacks should generally be played defensively or normally (when they use a bit less defence but quite a bit more winger). If they don't have much wing skill then use them defensively. When you talk about wingers, is that all wingers, wing backs or the midfield wingers?
 nostalgia, get off the Aggborough soupnostalgia said:Harriers do not go in for this sort of thing. Swan Centre playmakers have Andrews at the heart of the level surfer-joey straights. It isn't as though we have one blast at this, as just one voucher qualifies. Did you recently scurrify? If not, why not? A gay meadow rarely does. Have you lux? Have you one Sodje! Of the Brentford variety! ;-)
