My Wolves are currently winning V.88. I played one of my two main competitors for promotion on Sunday, and CA worked perfectly for me as I won 2-1. I now have the big cup match (I think my opponent MOTS'd his league match so I'm very hopeful of winning this) and then play the other team who could give me a run for my money. Unfortunately he's always been my bogey team, over the seasons he's taken so many points off me when I've been the better team it's just not funny.

1.8 mil, solid playmaking??? i'm not so sure dude. i train playmaking and sold two solid playmakers for $200,000 and $320,000, but nothing like that dude. I think formidable playmakers go for that kinda of money, but it's rare for them solid playmakers I reckon
17yo early season solids go for loads of money, as everybody wants the best trainees and potential national teamers. For instance, I just bought a 17yo solid defender with passable passing for $1.7m (and I had a fight-out with some crazy foreigner for an identical Oceanian player, made him pay $2.7m before I had to pull out). If you're lucky enough to pull a 17yo in the first week of the season who is solid in a primary skill (defending, playmaking, scoring, keeping or, to a lesser extent, winger), you can rake in millions. If he's an excellent, you can be pretty sure you'll get at least $3m, if not $4m.

Harriers do not go in for this sort of thing. Swan Centre playmakers have Andrews at the heart of the level surfer-joey straights. It isn't as though we have one blast at this, as just one voucher qualifies. Did you recently scurrify? If not, why not? A gay meadow rarely does. Have you lux? Have you one Sodje! Of the Brentford variety!
All right people, move along. Nothing to see here...

yeah with my previous post, i meant to ask the more experienced campaigners if they reckon they get better pulls at a certain time, and if they think that you get the same person no matter which day you pull them during the week, i'm sure there has been studies on the subject!
It's generally accepted that the player you pull is randomally generated, but, as with just about any computer randomizer, one of the things it uses is the exact time and date. But the 'exact time' goes down to fractions of seconds, so there's no way to deliberately pull at a specific time. And there's no way to know before hand what pulling at a specific time (lets say 2:56pm and 04.7352 seconds on 26/02/05 this weekend) will give you.

Nah, I'm almost 100% certain that pulling on Saturday night (that sounds so dirty ;-) ) won't give you any better chance of pulling a good player than if you pull any other day. The creators wouldn't have put that in, and if that were the case then there would be a lot of talk about it on the HT-conferences. There's a lot of conspiracy theories on there, so something as big as a certain time favouring youth pulls would get a lot of attention.

Good luck to all those still in the Cup today  I've got this funny feeling my game might go into extra time and penalties so I'm making sure I have my lineup right!

dam mid weekers. hugo feira's 50th game for the club was blunted by a selection blunder, which saw a defender play in the midfield, and a general poor preformance from the team. well done poida btw

I lost 2-1 in an incredibly tight cup match. Our midfields and defence were virtually identical, while his attacks were just slightly stronger than my own. :(

Second season in a row I've been knocked out of the cup by a team of similar strength. Hopefully next season luck will be on my side and I'll win the match.

I also lost one of my key inner midfielders/offensive defender to a three week injury, so my league match this weekend just got even harder.

The good thing I can take out of the match is the crowd - 64 007. That means an extra $600k in my coffers as I save up to buy a brilliant keeper next week.

$5.5m at the moment, most of it from selling one of my trainees (a world class defender) last week. I should make at least another $500k from Sunday's league match, and then I'm going shopping. :p

Bad luck Mad Dogg, apparently ernesto_strikeforce was knocked out too so I think that leaves just me remaining....so if I get knocked out in round 5 we can think about starting up the LU Cup....by the way, do I get anything (payment) if I win next round????

I have $4.1m in the coffers at the moment.......saving up for a good keeper of striker myself!

f**k it, all this time and still no decent youth pull. you'd reckon they'd have some sort of mechanism to make it that everyone gets someone good at some point. it seems some teams get good pulls all the time! but i know its just my anger!

anyways picked up a 3-0 win today and moved up to 2nd on the ladder. the guy coming first is looking pretty good at the moment. but i spose he can only be knocked off the perch.
