Blitzed Reading in the opening 6 min this morning, I saw it and couldn't believe it, fell asleep fpr the rest of the game though! LOL, our defence is a worry, letting too many throuhg, gotta tighten it up, the gaffer must address this issue.

Vidic was missing, when him and Rio are together in the centre, its like Jaap had never left.

well we got the victory...not pretty but still 3 points!

nothing should stop us now in the championship title.

Congrats Man U. Barring a major loss in form, the title's yours.

Despite the 9 point gap the championship is far from over.

Assuming Chelsea win their game in hand and if they beat United when they meet at Stamford Bridge that 9 point lead will soon not be so unsurmountable.

The big thing that Chelski cannot overcome is the goal difference. Level on points at the end of 38 games would mean the championship is United's.

While Man United are certainly in poll position they are still not the side they were when they enjoyed there past successes.

Man Utd have the points on the board, while Chelsea have to try and catch them. i know what postion i would rather be in, especially with the crowded fixture list that teams still vying for FA Cup, and CL face.

and Chelsea definitely aren't the team they were, while Arsenal aren't either.

basically at the start of the season everyone had Chelsea streets ahead, and a majority had predicted that Liverpool and Arsenal would forge ahead of Man U without RVN - or a replacement for him. what they have achieved so far this season is quite remarkable and is testament to the club, players and their manager (who many had written off as well!)

we aren't worried about the past successes...more focussed on this seasons!

We got held to a 2-2 draw with Middlesborough in the FA Cup last night. Completely dominated the first half, playing the best football for about a month and being unlucky to only lead by one, but they scored an unlikely equaliser just before the half time whistle. Then they scored another in the first couple of minutes of the second half when Boateng was completely unmarked from a corner. It was a fairly tight second half, but we got a penalty from a Boateng handball (slighly unlucky, but I personally thought it was the right call as he did come in with his hands held up in front of him - therefore his own fault) which Ronaldo cooly put into away.

The good thing about a replay is that it will eat into Scholes suspension, and we'll see him back one game earlier in the premiership.

yeah would have been nice to get the result over Boro and not have the added game but it does mean Scholes is back earlier for us and Chelsea have to play the same as well after the draw with Spurs.

Playing the replay at Old Trafford is also a bonus for us.

did he play enough games to get a winners medal if Man Utd do win the EPL?
Unfortunately not. However teams can ask for an extra medal (or two/three - not sure), which can be given to players who didn't play the necessary 10 games. I'd think Fergie will do that for Henrik.

How so, chelski need us to drop 3 games for them to win, we sh*t all over them in goal difference.

Chelsea have a game in hand (Chelsea win): Now 6 points behind.

Chelsea beat Man Utd @ the Bridge: 3 behind

you have to play the Manchester Derby which you haven't had a great record recently, as well as a tricky tie at Fratton Park. Chelsea have a much softer run home with the exceptions being Arsenal and Spurs.

Yet we still beat them on goal difference, like I said, chelski need us to drop 3 games to win it. Its probable with injuries questioning our depth but it aint gonna happen!

So you can nakamura the f**k outta here!

Chelsea can't afford one slip up - a draw or loss would totally finish them. as well as this thay are relying on Man U to slip up ...... twice.

i know which position i would rather be in!

That was a bit of a slip of the tongue (or fingers, so to speak). I've been very very careful not to get caught up in thinking the titles ours. A lot of games to go, with us not in great form recently and injuries starting to take their toll.

The title is yours. The last 2 games sealed it. Could of easily been a 2 point gap and Chelsea would have had it back in their grasp. However now we can go on winning all we like but United have it under control. Grudgingly they deserve it this season, they have played better football. The goal difference shows that.

Keeping that goal difference healthy at the minute too... 3-0 before the half hour.

4-1, Bolton scored after a dubious penalty was given, we played the best football that we have played in about two months.

Ronaldo was SUPERB, Rooney was brilliant, Park Ji Sung was awesome!

Great effort, hopefully we can keep on rolling.
