I think if Gus & DC can both push Jones the way they did,then Rumble will end up catching him with one of his bombs.Even if he tries to push Rumble up against the cage his powerful uppercuts will cause Jones some grief.Why was Nick? Diaz suspended for use of marijuana(a non PED) but Jon Jones receives a get well card from Dana White for cocaine use?

I'm not 100% sure but I think Nick Diaz positive test was picked up on in competition testing so he was suspended by the NAC... Jones was picked up by out of competition testing where recreational drugs aren't a banned substance. In fact Jones may actually sue the NAC because they shouldn't be testing fighters for recreational drugs outside of competition.

On the Rumble vs Jones fight... I love Rumble... He's super exciting... And seems like a humble dude too...

But Jones will beat the guy easily IMO... Probably pick him apart from distance and then once he gases he will take him down and finish him with elbows.

can't wait for rumble to smash the fake out of jonny bones jones.

why can he do it? knock out power.

dc troubled jonny early on and tested jones's chin, rumble doesnt need a gameplan to bring it and he hits 3 times harder than dc pound for pound. like vs gus if rumble wins it its finishing early.

I'm with Shiz, Rumble is a beast but if he's hoping to just catch Bones with one shot then I don't like he's chances. How do people forget how good jones is. I get rumble is a great striker with insane power but surely Jones is better just about everywhere over Rumble except for power.

He'll out wrestle him, out work him and out strike him. Rumble will need a Hendo game plan of swinging and hoping.

I'd love to see Rumble win... I'm the same as you... In tired of JJ fakeness...

I don't know why he doesn't just own it... Call Connor McGregor whatever you like... Douchebag, dickhead, wanker etc... But at least McGregor owns it...

Having said that... Jones is one hell of a champ... the best P4P.

Rumble is going to need a lot more than just heavy hands. Otherwise he's going to end up like Rampage or Glover who pretty much had nothing but heavy hands.

Jones to me is just too smart and has too many ways to beat him.

I'd be ecstatic to be proved wrong by rumble though..

Why does everyone think Jones will take Rumble down so easily? He hasn't been taken down in a long time.

I can see the fight going the exact same as it did yesterday. But I think Jones will be a bit smarter from the outside with his shots.

I can see him being taken down later in the fight.

He's certainly improved his wrestling from the guy who was out wrestled by Josh Koscheck.

But Jones just showed he could take down Daniel Cormier... Sure he waited for him to gas... But I don't see why he couldn't do the same with Rumble IMO..

I guess it's a matter of Jones surviving the storm in the first round or 2.

But even Phil Davis (I know he's no Jones) struggled against Johnson in the 3rd.

I think it's such an intriguing match-up and can't wait to see it all unfold.

I should finish with I obviously know how great Jones is and I'm sure he'll turn up prepared and with a great gameplan, but man if Johnson catches him I really think it'll be lights out.

The difference between rumble and someone like glover is that rumble will walk through you, he will take the best youve got so he can land his best on you. What rumble has done fight on fight now to some of the ufcs best since returning at 205 is out of this world really it is

Yup... Rumble has been amazing since coming back....

Well actually really since his KO of Arlovski at WSOF I reckon. He was crushing at Titan apparently but I never saw those fights...

But essentially this fight is no different to the style he faced with Rampage... Rampage was all about taking 3 shots to give you 1...

Rumble has more momentum than Rampage did... But Jones just kept at distance and then once he tired he took him down... Cut him up with elbows and then choked him out...

And that was back in 2011... Rumble has come on leaps and bounds since then... But Jon Jones today is a completely different animal to then...

I wish rumble the best though.... How good would it be to have him as the champ.

I truly don't know...

I love Nick Diaz... Pretty much for the same reason I like Connor.. He's out there and he brings attention.

If they were both active coming in to this fight id have to say Anderson is just too big too skilful for Nick...

But I just don't know how either of them are going to be coming off these long layoffs...

But I reckon there's a pretty high chance we're gonna be talking about something inappropriate that Nick Diaz did or said this week... :lol:

Ohhh I'm sure he's real respectful to Anderson...

But he also respected BJ Penn too... And I'm sure they needed to be separated at the weigh-ins :lol:

And even if he's respectful of Anderson... He's just as likely to be going crazy at a reporter or some random thing... :lol:
