I had Anderson 3 to 2 but not outraged by the call. Seems to have lost his finishing ability though

Yea I was the same I can't see how they give 3 rounds to Bisping. But in saying that massive props to him for staying in the fight after that knee in the 3rd. And I don't think Silva has lost his ability to finish, I think he was to busy effing around and paid the price.

I gave it to Bisping 3 rounds to 2. 1st, 2nd & 4th to Bisping and rounds 3 & 5 to Silva.

Anderson wasn't active enough through long stretches of the rounds...

Make no mistake... Anderson isn't back... If he were to fight Wideman or Rockhold he would be murdered...

Rockhold destroyed Bisping in Sydney, he'd absolutely run through Silva as well IMO and we all know Weidman is silva's kryptonite.

Only say from Rd 3 onwards and even then I have Bisping winning. I think silva won more big moments/damaging shots but Bisping landed more and crontrolled the fight more. Surely Anderson could've pushed forward when he saw Bisping didn't like it when he came forward and attacked.

Spider has definitely lost that aura he once had IMO.

Yep, I have to agree with all of the above. I was surprised by the outcome, but Silva had a chance to go for the knockout in the last few minutes of the 5th and he just backed right off. Bisping was absolutely rocked a few times (that front kick was brutal) but he stayed in the fight.

Silva is too old to play the arrogant, hands down, stand still in front of your opponent and counter attack game anymore. The only way I see him winning fights against contenders is by moving forward and attacking.

You'd think after Weidmann bounced his head off the mat like basketball, Anderson would cut the clowning out regardless of who he is fighting and just attack. He's still a sniper when he strikes and pushes forward so it's so confusing he still has that clowning around arrogance.

Surely his corner could've told him to pour it on and not leave it in the judges hands in that final round.

Just read some comments from Anthony Petis saying he spoke to Dana and Joe Silva about stepping up to fight Connor in place of RDA. He's stating that Connor was able to pick who he wanted and went for Diaz at 170.

If true it's such a shame as even tho Showtime is coming off the loss to Alvarez, Conor and him would've been a striking fans wet dream.

Pettis would have been the better fight, but I reckon McGregor has earned the right to pick his opponent after all of the dropouts he's had. Maybe this one is personal. I'm pretty sure Diaz was the first one to call him out after he KO'd Aldo.

Some crazy speculation going around that if Conor wins tonight they will bring GSP in to make Conor vs GSP for UFC200.

I don't like that fight for Conor... He has a large hole in his game.... And you just can't afford to have holes in your game if your fighting GSP.

If that happens I'll take GSP by Lay and Pray 50-45. GSP has a power double up there with Chael IMO. Just hits it better than anyone and drives through.

Just hope RDA gets healed quickly and they make that fight again.

Agree 100%. GSP will just dominate him from the top for 5 rounds.

I actually would like to see Frankie given his shot... He deserves it.

Or if Conor is done with FW... Make Frankie v Aldo for the vacant belt

Diaz actually beat Connor. Wow was not expecting that, what was the fight like Shiz?
Conor was lighting Nate up in the first and the first half of the 2nd.

Nate was cut up and bleeding and it looked like Conor was toying with him... Then Nate hit him with a nice shot which kind of stumbled him... And Nate started pouring it on and really lighting Connor up...

Connor then got desperate and tried to take Nate down and Nate just had his way with him on the ground and tapped him easily with the RNC.

It was really well done by Nate.

Nice, cheers for that mate. Surely Connor wasnt arrogant enough to think he could take Nate on down on the ground. Both Diaz boys are very slick and crafty on the ground.

I think Connor struggled with the reach/height difference, he just couldn't land a killer blow.

It looked like he was having fun in there and treating it like an exhibition fight. Then once Nate got his lanky arms on him he just poured it on and Connor couldn't keep up.

I cashed out in the last round of the Meisha fight, otherwise I could've collected a nice 1k. Would have been another 1k if Milller put Sanchez away :(

In Conor's defence he was very humble in defeat.

I wondered how he would take a loss and he was very humble which was good to see.

Conor shot his load in the first road, throwing a lot of power punches. Nate took them all in his stride. After a minute or two of the second round Nate started to find his range and was landing some big punches. Thats when Conor tried to take it to the canvas. He basically quit in an acceptable fashion.
