Conor has been spending a lot of time doing this unorthodox movement training and capoeira stuff, I think he needs to bring it back a little and really focus on the fundamentals, his ground game is not where it needs to be and I know he was rocked and Nate is very good on the ground but that was a little too easy the way Nate got into mount and sinked in the choke.
If he fights Frankie with a limited ground game it won't end well, Frankie is a D1 wrestler with a legit BJJ Blackbelt who's got cardio for days, is durable as hell and has good top control. Frankie also has very good head movement so he's not an easy guy to land a power shot on, Conor needs to figure another way to get it done if he's not nuking guys with that left hand in round 1.
