If you have heard a new CD we would like to to post your review of it hear, for the beneift of others.

Or if you just want to chat about an artist or a CD, feel free to shoot the breeze.

I just saw a new vid of Drowning Pool with their new lead singer.

Very ballsey singer. For me its about the best song they have ever done.

Can't wait for the CD to come out.

I brought the best of Billy Idol yesterday....without doubt the greatest ever punker!!....great album!!..along with his bets hit's " White Wedding", "Rebel Yell" i also love " Sweet Sixteen".

I also recommend people buying the best of the Cure, great album also.

I bought 3 cd's yesterday:

Rage Against the Machine - Live at Grand Olympic Auditorium
Soundtrack - Kill Bill vol.2
Soundtrack - The Harder they Come

The best of the three is the Harder they come soundtrack. Pretty much a best of non-Bob Marley reggae. Top stuff! If you like reggae, definitely worth looking into, and its cheap as dirt these days too.

It really showcases how great a band they were (or are still I guess).

ThrashV - don't pay attention to halfy the uninitiated! Dragonforce sorta power-metal? Haven't listened to a lot of power metal in a while - but it might just be the time

Last week, purchased Killswitch Engage's "Alive or Just Breathing" album....seriously, i mean, this album has so much passion contained within it.....the lyrics are so positive (e.g "No matter what the consequences, stay true to yourself") and are only reinforced by the passionate screams and awesome and serene clean vocals......go to KillswitchEngage.com and download My Last Serenade and you will know exactly what i'm talking about.....hardcore at its finest, at its finest - who'd have thought that sweet melodic vocals could be meshed with riffs and drumming speeding at 100miles an hour

Their latest album is due for release in 9 or so days - you can preview what i'm yappin on about by looking at my sig - these guys are amazing live and their music, unlike a lot of the crap out there, actually has some sort of soul and meaning to it......i recommend "Rose of Sharyn" and "The End of Heartache" as standout tracks

Whenever i talk about Killswitch Engage - i automatically think - lyrics with no parallel......

Sandy - do the mini iPods have the same battery problems as their full sized counterparts? I've been looking into getting an iPod but the batteries go dead after 18 months and it costs upwards of $500 to get them replaced. What's the go with the minis?
