Interesting piece of trivia Horrie. I didn't know that.Interesting note that Ron Dante is the main singer of the Cufflinks was also the main voice of Archie on all the Archie songs/ records.
I'm not really an ABBA fan but I quite like that. Thanks for posting it Horrie.
If Tom Petty was still around you may have got a chance to see him with the Wilburys. Unfortunately that's unlikely to happen now.Its just a real shame because Agnetha's voice is just beautiful in the song and Michael B Tretow mixed the song for a proper release a few years ago but Benny pulled the plug on it, who knows, maybe it will be released when ABBA finally release the new songs they recordered a couple of years ago.
Just sitting outside at the Marrickville Bowling Club and ELOs Evil Woman just played, i said to my better half it is one regret that i have that i will probably never see Jeff Lynne perform live, ELO is my favourite group and Jeff Lynnes recent output has been amazing.

I can definitely understand that. I totally regret never getting to see The Clash. I have however seen Mick performing with Big Audio Dynamite and Joe with his band The Mescaleros. Not quite the same as The Clash, but at least I've seen them both live and had a great time at both gigs.As much as love The Wilburys i would like seeing Jeff solo or with his current version of ELO,
