Knight 82 is talking about an urban legend that was going around Moonah (Tas) a couple of years ago. Apparently this Graham fella was this 8 foot tall hard ba$tard who used to work in a storage department. He would kidnap children and lock them in one of the sheds and make them do horrible experiments on him, like burning him with boiling tar or even just beating him with a rubber hose.

you know when someone tells a story and its not that funny and they say "well you had to be there"....well that fits into this category.
I dont live in Tasmania and i dont know of this 8 foot tall man.
