Forget the incident for a tick.

If, the DOGS have covered up things, then, have they brought the game into disrepute?

Just sayin.......

The only problem I can see is not informing the NRL of the full details. They took action against him, stood him down and even tried to give him professional help plus they took the girl to the police to make a formal complaint but she didn't want to. Sure they may have lied to the media about why he was being stood down but they couldn't publically say anything because the girl would have denied it anyway.

While not accusing anyone of anything and allowing for the presumption of innocence is there not a conflict of interest with Greenberg being part of the NRL while his colleagues investigate the Bulldogs?

Provided he isn't involved in the investigation than absolutely not

Greenberg should be sacked. Next minute Greenberg will be saying it's ok to induce a premiership winning coach to break his contract. Oh hang on.

This isn't a surprise to anyone. The dogs have always been scummy hypocrites. That was known. The rumours around Barba and what he may or may not have done were always known.
The real question is whether the integrity commission has enough integrity to do anything about it.
I think we all know they won't.

haha, Justin dog Hodges. Maybe he can teach him how to tackle injured blokes on the ground, make 'threatening' throat-slitting gestures or something equally classy

I know she didn't want to make a complaint but did they go to the police? If they went to the police but it couldn't be taken further because of her not wanting to take it further then imo the Dogs have done nothing other than refuse to feed the garbage guzzling journos.

They attempted to put her in the car and take her to the police according to the article. Besides telling the NRL, I don't think they could do much else

Why did the media only publish the photo now? I just can't work out why now and not then? Particularly the DT... couldn't care less about our game.
