FMD this has become the kiss Kerr’s arse thread

Everyone bagging Hook, bemoaning his man skills, saying he didn’t do this didn’t do that with Kerr but in the next breath professing how Kerr has come good and is now hitting his peak.

Talk about having a bob each way.

If Kerr did it himself then how is it that penny finally dropped as to what he had to do and why didn’t the penny drop earlier?

or

If he didn’t do it all himself then no doubt the coaching team had something to do with it but no one in this place is ever going to admit to that.

The notion that all of a sudden he has become a must keep at all cost is simply ridiculous.

He has played some good minutes yes but has never dominated anyone or any game.
Maybe you’re right and the coaching staff finally got something out of him or perhaps he pulled his finger out to up his asking price once Wayne reached out.

Not the first brown rumour which is usually a good indicator to its accuracy.. looking forward to having him back, I'm assuming his appointment is 'completely' independent of the coach choice?
I would have thought pick the coach first and then the recruitment manager as he might want some input…ie Hasler might want Fulton

Kerr is a waste of space.
Never been any good.
Just doesn't have the required "fire"needed to be a frontrower in the NRL.
Goodbye and goodluck.

Kerr was pretty transparent about things, and about mending the relationship with Hook. Also how he didn’t hear or know what he has to do to get back into first grade. Pretty appalling and not the first time we’ve heard of a communication breakdown between our coach and a fringe NRL player. Not understanding how people think it’s always the players fault and not the coach when it seems to be a story that keeps getting repeated with Hook.
Stop it mate, you’re making too much sense...

Sure, the Hook apologists could explain away one disgruntled player, but when you have a conga line of players saying the same things, to most people, it becomes hard to ignore.

I think certain people, from the get go, nailed their colours to Hook’s mast and will look to label anything critical of him as “fake news” and just choose to go down with the ship before they ever admit to his failings.

just read an article and in it Blake Lawrie wants sloan to inject himself into the play way more often ..
Heres a suggestion Blocka ask Hunt to pass the ball out to our centres where they may just create a bit of room and while your at it mention to the coaches ( all 3 ) that you would like to practice some attacking plays just not settlers ....

I was listening to Nathan Brown on Triple M, after he quit the Warriors. He made clear he had no intention to coach again, but was only interested in Recruiting and Pathway roles. I’d be happy to have Nathan back. But we need a proper 1st grade coach not another rookie. Plus clean out the assistants .

One of the stumbling blocks we will experience with Hasler is that he likes to pick his own staff; assistants, fitness, and recruitment officer. Our Board has a history in appointing mates to these positions or at least trading favors with other Board members when choosing staff.

Looks like Kyle Flanagan will be joining his Dad at the Sea Eagles. Buzz is reporting that he is headed there on an immediate deal.

He might be the 5/8th and partner DCE in the halves I'd say with Schuster moving into the pack maybe or out all together?
