Our guys need to get smart and turn up at the judiciary in Roosters attire. That guarantees they get off!
Doesn't seem to work for Radley? It's the Storm and Panthers that have the first class treatment. Especially big Nelson. He is the dirtiest player yet to miss a game. Always cops monetary fines. They even found seperation between his forearm and the Canberra Hookers teeth to clear him of hitting him high. Panthers get delayed sentencing so they can serve them when injured.

If hunt is going we need adequate compensation in return, preferably quality forwards. It would not surprise me if Townsend is in Flannagans sights. I know there are supporters that may not like this idea but i dont think Townsend is no older than Hunt and my opinion he may direct a team around the park better than Hunt. I am not saying that Townsend is a better player but he maybe more of a team player.

Na his defenders is worse than Hunts and he may end up in SL
If Hunt goes in the off season we need a better 7

Reports are circulating that Shane Flanagan has met with Broncos half Ezra Mam
Does this mean that a Hunt retention is now not totally set in stone. Please let it be true. Mam is hardly a play maker, with only 8 TA from 20 games, nor is he a general play kicker while his defense just passes muster. I say as we have our own home grown 20 year old halves, lets invest in them first.

I know we are all putting our eggs into the Flanno basket but to this stage I only see many players being told to leave and just Sele being signed. Bud is going, rumours that Hunt will still go and noone to replace them. I read of most other clubs signing some quality talent with seemingly not much quality left on the open market and I wonder where are we heading...even Luke Thomson who is a risky proposition at best may still stay at the Bulldogs on reduced money or go to Tigers. There seems next to no chance of getting Tino, Fafita, Haas etc...so where is the supposed talent going to come from to improve us from this year going forward. We have some potential young talent in lower grades but this is a medium term project...even assuming they make the grade. We are desperately missing some talented big bodies in the forwards and at this stage I can't see where they are coming from...

All us poor suffering fans were hoping like hell that Flanagan was the answer to our ills. Only one signing and he is a bit of a journeyman forward. Still I expect things will become clearer come Nov 1 as to whether we have sufficient under our salary cap to splash out on at least one elite bookend, pref Tino. The main problem I see is our lack of pulling power due to our poor last decade plus. Just one elite player and I believe that will turn around our fortunes.
