Sounds like your off the Dragons Old Timer. Your dislike for Flannagan is becoming boring. Go and jump on the Panthers surely you couldnt find anything to whinge about there.
Typical idiot response “follow another team”

I have only ever followed 1 team and will never follow another.

If I wish to be critical of it then that is my prerogative and after > 60 years of attending games, cheering them on, spending my hard earned $$$ and fair share of cold pies and flat beer I have more than earned that right.

Im not telling you what you should do or how you should go about following the club so don’t lecture me if I see it different.

A bit of goss Flanno rates Sullivan as a talent but thinks he's far to injury prone hence why he was released.
Yes god forbid the coach has made a decision re that one as it his neck on the line.
What people dont see on here that Flanno basically spent 2 years at our club before this year and would of have had a good look at most players we have.
I would of liked to see Sully get another crack... but
people on here a death riding the coach becuase he has called it for what he sees and knows
Ill will give it to Flanno if he turns out to be the next JT, DCE, Reynolds, Cronk or Cleary (none of these have had the injury concerns when young Bud has had)
But what happens if Bud turns out to be the next Kyle Stanley

Each game Sullivan played people bagged the crap out of him when he was average in a poor team and was proclaimed the Messiah when he showed some flair.

Bud was unfortunately injury prone so I can understand why Flanno sanctioned his release.

we have finally got a competent coach for the next few years. It’s the best thing to happen to the club since Bennett was here. I have huge reservations about letting Sullivan go but I don’t think we have a choice but to trust Flanno has a plan considering he is coming in to fix one hell of a mess. If the squad he assembles for next year starts to win gAmes and be competitive I’ll wear losing Sullivan if the trade off is a successful team.

Agree about the coach- but we must also fix the front office problem.

Flanno is taking a gamble letting Bud go and I hope it ends up being the right call. I was so looking forward to Bud killing it like he did in the juniors. We had others before him like Hutchison, Tristian, K Stanley and Jai Field who we thought we be the future star No.7 for Saints and they did not exactly pan out like we thought it would. If Flanno gets Saints to become a consistent top 4 side and Bud is playing good footy but Tigers are still not looking like winning a comp, Bud may return to Saints in the future with 4 NRL seasons under his belt. With Hunt at 7, Sullivan will be getting 2 years of playing No.6 or No.7 depending on injuries. Lets hope he leaves on great terms and stays friends with Sloan and Amone who by that time will be regular stars in the red V.

If you remember Bennett let go of a promising centre/winger called Josh Morris for a guy who left the Dragons and came back to win a comp then retired. They were the best 3 years in St George Illawarra's history. Saints were the benchmark. I am hoping we get the same luck and the Sulli thing ends up being more or a regret for Sulli for not staying and biding his time like it was for Josh who would have won a Premiership but ended up with none playing for the scum.

The fact we have not only a coach that won a comp but one against a Storm side containing a spine of Munster/Cronk and Cam Smith is pretty good. Not many could do that apart from Robbo, Dessie and Cleary and we all know how good these coaches are. Flanno will be hungry to prove he can coach and will pull all strings to get another comp. These assistant coaches will just be happy to make finals like Brad Arthur has done in his long stint at Parra.

Sad to hear that Carr is probably going to move to the Tigers.

I really enjoyed his short tenure and felt that he was dealt a crap hand taking over. He seems like a passionate and decent bloke.

His win ratio will look awful, but that's deceiving. He had fighting us till the end in most games and he cant polish some of the turds we have.

Should he move on as is suggested, I wish him all the best. His measured dismantling of refs in his post game pressers were pure gold.

I like Carr but the one thing I cannot understand is how he continues to pick Feagi on the wing.

Simply un - f##king - believable ! What goes on in the heads of these young ratbags ? 🤔

Is Saab a rugby league player or a another wannabe boxer ? The bloke is a passable winger and not much more , but he wants to settle an old score with our goody -too- shoes Zac Lomax . His club should tell the man that he has a contract to play for the Sea Eagles and he must not go anywhere near a boxing ring .
