I think he has signed a development deal for 2025 with them.
If we can spot talent, so can Peter O'Sullivan and he is the guy who is employed by the Knights to get the right players signed up on good terms and conditions. They have Leo already and surely they would be in the box seat to snare Tyrone. I'd have them over the Couchman brothers.

You love being selective so maybe this will help you as to who played 1st grade regularly in 2022

Even though Burgess might only play 4 and Burns 4 or 5 and Gos whatever if you add them all up it means better players didn't play that number of games.

I see that you still think it is a comparable squad so please tell me who you would swap from the 2024 roster for the players listed below.

My last post to you re this
Lets focus on the best 17 assuming no injuries
Cody Ramsay would make 2024 squad in the backline, Amone at 6 average at best may be on par with Flanagan
You rave about Rava
Rest are the same so 2022 arguably better Nos 1-7 by 2 players Cody & Rav

Forwards yeh get rid of McCulloch 2022 trade for Liddle 2024
Woods negative but Sims a + so balances out
Rest are the same so 2022 arguably worse 7-13 by 1 player

Ford = T Couchman or Sele take your pick but Ford better player now
F Molo = Lawrie noting Lawrie bench 2024 (they swapped from 2022)
Kerr better than Eisenhuth or at worse =
I give you Gosiewski or Mybe at 17 is worse than Leilua

So Backs +2 in 2022, forwards and bench -1 each = net Zero. Comparable squad best 17
Good night and we will banter again on something else apart from this and your pet hate Flanno bashing until I see he fails then I will bash him here too!
Least i will wait but you cant.
Is that fair minded enough for you since you basically said I am not.
I would like you to show the same fair mindness to small positives that Flanno has achieved in 2024..waiting..waiting

Re Mam
Let the law do what it does 1st and then see what the NRL does.

Hopefully the NRL has learned its lesson and waits for the judicial outcome and its evidence to become public before imposing penalties.

Then when it does impose a penalty hopefully it is truly befitting based on where the public expect it to be and no more protection rackets of “I booked into a Bali rehab facility”
Least the rehab is not Thailand like Mitchell Pearce

I am not too concerned about the Couchman's as I believe they will stay and have intentions of becoming 1 club men. In past interviews they talk highly about the club and love being part of it. I think the family is all massive dragon's fans. Another reason is that the good youngsters usually get chased by the big clubs and the press are all over it. The Couchman's have not been in the press or linked with others. I am sure clubs like the Dogs would have been sniffing around but must have been told not to bother. Just like Iro at the Sharks. He had an outstanding season and I was surprised Saints did not chase him like they did Blaize but that is probably why as he clearly was not interested in moving. Iro has now re-signed with the Sharks. I am sure they will work it out with the Couchman boys soon but possibly waiting to see what players they bring in and they fill the roster.

I think Flanno's experience will see him bring in quality players with the right attitude. With all these off field dramas to come, Saints may snap up a pretty good player out of the blue. Now Ezra Mamm, if he somehow becomes available, that will be the Ben Barba type player Flanno would get the best out of like he did at the Sharks when Ben was on the outer. I see them pretty similar. But it sounds like the stand down rule will apply and he will be wasting a year or 2 waiting on the courts. This is when we see how pathetic the Saints Management was as the Bronco's will get some salary cap exemption for this and actually use it somehow snag Ben Hunt, whilst Saints did nothing when JDB was out to cover the loss.
Jesus Slip, it’s obvious ( to me ? ) that we are getting rid of the culture killers yet you want to jump on Ezra ?

Bit of difference here.
There is no or little exemption offered by NRL for salary cap if you continue to pay their wage as Saints did because they stood by him as he protested and defended his (and in the end inconclusive) innocence despite the outrage
If Broncos sack Mam or put him on min wage whilst banned (as suggested by media) they have $$ to spend simple, his case may not be as defensible especially if results go a certain way. If found guilty he might be like Amone on the sidelines earning zip at NRL
