'It's no secret': Roger Tuivasa-Sheck confirms rugby union code switch

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has spoken for the first time since it was revealed he would quit rugby league at the end of the 2021 season to play rugby union.

It's understood the 2018 Dally M winner will play Super Rugby for the Blues next season, with a long-term goal to play for the All Blacks at the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France.

Speaking for the first time alongside Warriors CEO Cameron George and coach Nathan Brown, Tuivasa-Sheck confirmed he would be departing the NRL at the end of the season.

"This will be my last year with the club and yes, I will be moving to NZ rugby next year," he said.

"The club has been supportive of the request and giving me the option to explore.

Of course Hooper the Tigers tragic gets told firstly due to his anxiety that Tigers sign Cam if Dragons dont wont offer him the money he can get
You might me disappointed there James..and have you not got young gun Liddle who is really fast out of dummy half.
For us.again if at all fact.....better depth signing than Benj at 36 and Issac Luke at 33

Me either, in the trials I really thought BB added something when he come on. He looked sharp and really got the forwards moving. He was also NSW cup player of the year the year prior to signing with us. I would have been with him as our backup or Hunt reverting there if it didn’t work.

If correct then I will be pleased as he is the missing piece of the jigsaw puzzle as there is simply no one there who is a true organizer and has the ability to get the ball moving .

Approaching the vintage category undoubtedly , but has the on field smarts to point the Dragons in the right direction .

If this is true, watch Nathan Brown make a play for Dufty. To the best of my knowledge there’s no other recognised FB off contract in 2021.
