It’s kind of interesting to read the expectations around the likes of signing Su’a and Burgess. I understand the need for big name signings and all but I just don’t think it is the way forward for your club. As an outsider looking in, I don’t think anything is going to change unless you truly put your faith in junior development. You have a large junior base and really should enjoy a production line of quality kids coming thru, if allowing for proper coaching. I could be wrong I just don’t see a future going forward in supposed marquee signings, who come with issues, on huge money and baggage. Just me I guess.

The hip resurfacing was done mid April , I’ve had both of mine done and I’d say he will be good to go this month.

And forwards usualy take longer to develop or mature for 1st grade so not many Junior forwards are ready made..but there are always exceptions

Tapau is an excellent buy he's powerful, aggressive, and good for 2 years...

Tapau would give us some mongrel and would bend the line back something we have missed for quite a few years. would fill out our forward stocks quite well and would be able to teach lawrie a bit, and gives us coverage for KOE cup ( alvaro )
