Does this include, lomax, Sullivan. feagai Twins , sloan etc who were all re-signed.

In regards to Host, the ship had sailed...and he has ties with JD and hornby.

Read the post GS. Are any of the players you mentioned above come from the St George district or Wollongong? Host was not offered anything at start of season, offered basic mid season by Millward & when Hook took over he wanted to talk to Host about a contract review as he wanted him but was told by Hosts manager it was too late.

Thanks for your reply denis... sounds like a good conspiracy theory...in regards to Host, you are correct , the damage was already done...thanks to the former coach...

Have a good day.

This is because of Hunt playing 9 & to a lesser extent the man love he had for McGregor. McInnes was far to slight a build to play 80mins at Lock. I suspect he’ll stay if Hunt is settled at 7. Feel bad for Clune he’s done nothing wrong.

I do hope that your right Maddragon99 . As we all know the man is a real work-a-holic and has always given his all for the Dragons .

Also as you have said he would be far better suited to the hooker role , too slight of build for the constant grind of lock forward position , that plus the poor bloke has had to do a lot of extra defense , due to the slack work ethic of some of his tackle-shy buddies in the pack .

Not sure about him.
There were a few wraps on him when he first came onto the scene.
Has he not been to a few clubs in the last 4 years along with off field problems?

Played 3yrs with Souths then moved to the Tigers.
Had some off-field issues which seem to have been resolved.

At 24, 192cm and 110kg he would be a good addition.

Keeping in tune with Hooks 'youth' policy so it seems.

Didn’t realise he played three years at Souths. For some strange reason I thought he’d been to Penrith, Souths then tigers.
His age & size are certainly a positive.
I have seen him do some good things & let’s hope he’s got rid of the silly stuff he’s capable of. Hook obviously thinks he worth signing.

Didn't Musgrove beat up his ex-girlfriend or am I getting him mixed up with Tetevano?

Assault allegations[edit]
In May 2018 Musgrove was involved in an argument with his former girlfriend, and on July 11, faced charges of common assault, common assault domestic violence related, and intentionally or recklessly destroy/damage property. Musgrove pleaded not guilty.[16][17] On 19 September, Musgrove pleaded guilty to damaging property and was fined $1,100 and ordered to pay $500 to fix the gate which Musgrove damaged after having an argument with his girlfriend. Musgrove also faced charges of domestic violence related common assault and assault, but both charges were withdrawn by prosecutors.[18] In November Musgrove's sentence was overturned on appeal, and he was given a conditional release order and required to be on good behaviour.[19]

In December 2018, Musgrove was charged by police for allegedly assaulting a woman at the Coogee Bay Hotel. Musgrove and Liam Coleman, son of former Souths player Craig Coleman were charged with an act of indecency and aggravated indecent assault. A woman made a complaint to security and a further complaint was made to Eastern Beaches police local area command. Musgrove attended Maroubra police station later that week where he was granted conditional bail.[12][20] In January 2019 he pleaded not guilty to aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and common assault.[13]

On 21 October 2019, Musgrove was found guilty of assault with an act of indecency and sentenced to a 12-month intensive corrections order.[21]

In April 2020, Musgrove had his assault conviction from 2019 overturned by the court.[22]

Well right there is a media headline at its best.. without no story or facts.
Yes he is tarnished with crimes including indecent assault charges on a female but eventually overturned
Never a good sign but it also happened to Fergo..can’t remember if Fergo’s charges stuck
Nevertheless as with Fergo in time people move on that were not directly affected including media After serving their punishment

Where there is smoke there is fire I guess but none of the charges has stuck to this point. So I don’t know if he has a loopy ex or he’s really is a massive flog that has just been lucky evidence wise. I guess we can only go off what the courts have decided. It’s sad that we have to take a risk on these guys but the fact is we do have to, and to this point no charges have stuck so we just have to respect the law.
