Source? Plus if true, please god don't let Sitilli Tuponuia be one of them. Personally don't want Luai either, I'd want Taylan May or Turuva from Penrith though for sure.
Club linked Parko
Still think they can land Manu , which i doubt , but making him and Val 2 major priorities and big money offerred
Cant see Luai leaving but may sacrifice at least 2 to keep him there
May is a chance..Others u mentioned ..No
A lot still to play out with player movement as teams drop out of Semis

That's good to hear, you do have to aim high even if it's unlikely. If they're persistent, they're bound to land a big fish eventually. May I really like, would be a great buy. Good news that it's not Tuponuia either. Billy Smith from the Chooks maybe? There's a few players at Easts that fit the criteria for what we need, so aside from Manu can't really pinpoint who the other two would be

Currently it is very fashionable to take pay cuts to stay/sign on with strong and successful clubs to be in and around a premiership. Hopefully soon there’s a tide turn and we can secure some players interested in a challenge of rebuilding a once proud team/club. Flanagan will be going all out to sell this idea and bring the breeze of change.

I can see Luai potentially as someone with strong character who could be a catalyst and a positive face of such a movement. He has a reputation of being annoying but it’s a competitive nature and steely edge we are looking for (the one asset of Jack Bird I like very much for anyone who watches the game closely).

Granted, he may be nothing without Cleary and may not want to leave his buddies and all but I do see some upside in him if he is at all available.

Don’t forget we are looking for a culture change and not just flashy players.

For mine Flanagan is a decent half , the rorters would not had signed him if they had any doubts about his ability. Of course young Sam Walker appeared on the scene and they gave Kyle the flick - cold hearted bastards .

He played very well at the Sharks however the Bulldogs were another story and the same will apply here at the Dragons unless our forwards are moving in the right direction - to the oppositions try line full steam ahead .

All halves require a good forward pack in front of them , otherwise regardless of how gifted they may be , the chances are they will not be able to perform to their best .

Coach Flanagan must now sign a number of hard working forwards to give his halves the necessary room to move so as to get the team going forward .
Yes we need strong mobile forwards to bend and break the line.

I agree that there is a lot of shit in this club the last decade but finally we have someone that may improve things And looking from the outside given the power to do so. It seems strange to me that before this guy can get into it some are putting a bagful of negativity on him , why ? It is almost troll like behaviour.

I get your frustration at the amount of negativity Denis, as overall I think I fall into that category.

That mind set is the result of a once great and admired Club taking it's fanbase for granted, after years and years of mystifying if not outright negligent decisions.

This forum is a great indicator of there we are at. Sceptical, yet somewhat hopeful. My point being I dont think people are trolling. I think they are venting.

Here's hoping we can turn the corner, God knows the fans deserve it.

So are the roosters trio Manu, Suaalii and Crichton?
Hearing Manu , Nat Butcher , B Smith , Hutchison (most likely dogs now and K Flanagan signed)
Suaalli ..not as loud as previous,,1 year only drawback
Manu would b terrific signing , but will be hard to budge
main thing in our favour is that he does want to play FB and we do have plenty of cash to throw at 1 more marquee signing
still more to play out as semis unfold

Billy would be a great pickup and a centre pair of smith and lomax would be awesome . manu in 25 lets hope , Nat butcher great addition . As Ive said before we need the likes of musgrove turner BMM to pick up contracts elsewhere so Flanno has room for these new buys . At least we are in there trying for good players makes a hell of a difference to what we are used to getting ... Keep it up Flanno
