There is a huge gap in centre depth in particular.. ive no doubt we will be signing atleast 1 to replace Max.. not sure about the situation with Bird & Ravalawa.. Birds replacement really needs to be a 6 or 7 though.

I reckon we have to sign a quick starting winger. I like Lehi Hopoate and if Sloan is out of form Hopoate can play fullback. Tuipulotu and Matt Feagai/Allan as starting wingers isn't good enough.

Rav, Max and Bird are depth options right now too. You can't have 12 first grade level outside backs in the squad, with 7 of them unable to make the firsts team.

That's the problem we don't have enough quality outside backs but too many depth average outside backs. If we can get a quality quick starting winger and use Matt Feagai/Allan as depth that'll be good

I think SFinau is first grade wing ready now.. his injuries have been the only issue.. he came a long way this season.

But if we could sign a Hopoate or anyone similar.. then yah someones gonna miss out atleast initially.. that will probably lose us SFinau because hes been so patient and can talk to others on Nov1.. but someone who can also cover fullback.. potentially very very well.. thats gold.

But I dont think we can sign young fullbacks while Sloan is there.. dont think they will come unless they have 1st grade guaranteed.. not the good ones anyway.. and right now we are still 16th or 17th on the club pecking order sadly.

Think Averillo would be a good signing, especially if Bird goes to the Tigers.
Averillo is very versatile, and can cover several positions.
