There have already been many points of view posted on this matter JDB Fan in this Thread.

The Mole likes to stir up shit about this great club of ours. My thoughts are that Flanno really hasn't reached the success that he dearly would love since his ban. He is grateful that he has been given a chance by our club to be Head Coach and do a job that he loves and for the next year if he has this team of ours winning games, the club will look at extending his contract. It is all part of business where if you are successful you are wanted but if you are not, then see you later old chap.

It doesn't mean to say that we are odds on in keeping him if his success rate increases as yes other clubs would then be there to try and poach him and his decision will be like any other coach or player who can be swayed by the best deal.

I hope Flanno will be the Dragons coach for at lest another 5 years. You never know he could end up like a Bellamy at the Storm and be the coach for years and years.

It’s all BS. Flanno even stated on the podcast that we have some of the best juniors coming through in the comp. He knows that success isn’t too that far away and he’ll want to be a part of it.

We replaced 2 state of origin with 2 different state of origin players and a pretty handy fullback... so let's stick it right up these reporters and watch them eat humble pie

This forum has receipts. 5-6 years back, I didnt want Flanno anywhere near our Club. Those who have been on here will remember the early days when the media predicted that Mary was being sought out.

No one is above the badge. We gave Flanno a new shot, and he has taken it very well. In this modern era of social media and clicks for money, we are creating a storyline with no basis.

It’s a little harsh on Kyle, but overall the article is ok. our halves are indeed an unknown at this stage, and both of them need to step up. Still, this may be the first chance they really get the chance to do so. Will be interesting to see what we think in 12 months time.

Primarily because most of these journos don't watch Dragons games the way fans do.

They watch with preconceived ideas about how important the highest valued players are to the result as opposed to actually analysing their quality of input and/or leadership.

This has been the case for Hunt for years.

As for this bloke, clearly more journo than fan...

I’ve not seen Illias much. So can’t comment.
As for Kyle, I can remember heaps of good stuff from the year, including his running game. It’s there even if I want more of it (“Hunt forced to take over“ is a definite screw of ”Hunt hogging Everything “). It’s up to hi. To stand up and do that. The kicking game is mentioned and is my biggest concern. Also need to see game control.
