I don't feel like this. Let's be real. He's played 1 great season and 6 underwhelming ones before that in which he never lived up to his potential. Plus the Eels are playing him at centre, not wing which is the only position where's he played consistently good football.
I will be surprised if he carries this seasons form into next season especially under an unproven coach.

Im not fussed he's gone. He is talented, he is strong, but as you say it took him 5 plus years to shine. Was it Fittler that called him the Chosen/special one, many years back? In terms of centres, he is not in the Gaz/Coops level. Far from it.

Moses will be part of it but primarily it will be because he is a centre.He has great footwork to beat his opposite which is wasted on the wing and great defence as a centre.
Aerially he would be as lethal from centre as the kicking game of Moses is pin point accurate
Yes he had a good year last year but is still a far more dangerous player at centre and will prove it in 25

I am surprised that no one has brought up the number of kickable goals that Zac missed that cost the Dragons close games. I hope Val will be an improvement in that important area.

Lomax always been strong, but he is slow and 1 dimensional in attack. Never scored a long range try. Good in the air, but attacking wise a poor man’s Gasnier with a simple shimmy and a silly flick pass.
