Klemmer for Lawrie, 2025-2026![]()
Klemmer is ultra competitive......... A Flanno pre-requisite.The two main positive points IF Klemmer joins the Red V :
1 Tigers will be covering majority of his " Freight "
2 Incentive .. Another player that will be mad keen to prove his former Coaching Staff and Club wrong by playing out of his skin for his new Club ..
Has the fear factor about him when 100% switched on ......................
Interesting.. I think Klemmers manager would be pushing for 2.. how are we going to turn him down.. but Klemmer might back himself I suppose to get that extension.. we shall see...Apologies I’ve heard it’s a one year deal , club still going hard for Hazelton
Molo for Hazelton would make it easier for thee Sharks to let Hazelton to go the Saints in 2025 and beyond. Why we can only get Hazelton for 26?
If Saints can land Klemmer and Hazelton this week and lose the Molo Brothers that will be a win win. That quote by Lancaster that he want's some sort of compensation surely was thrown out there towards the Sharks to tempt them for a swap.Molo for Hazelton would make it easier for thee Sharks to let Hazelton to go the Saints in 2025 and beyond.
Flanno doesn't seem to think so.. he has been in a bog average team but one of there most consistent forwards. I'm sure you'll end up cheering for him soon enoughHow long ago did he play SOO and Tests
Bog average for atleast the last 4 years
If only it was that easy hahaKlemmer for Lawrie, 2025-2026

No mucking around.Dragons move on Klemmer, Molo granted permission to speak to rivals

St George Illawarra have granted Frank Molo permission to negotiate with other clubs, with unsettled Wests Tigers star David Klemmer poised to fill the breach.
After initially having his release request blocked, the Dragons have opted to allow Molo to explore his options.
“The club’s concern has been Frank’s welfare,” said Dragons chair Andrew Lancaster.
“Frank and his manager have been told they can officially talk to other clubs but if they want a release from the contract Frank entered into then the Dragons will require adequate compensation.”
Klemmer remains contracted to the Tigers, but could become a free agent after being overlooked for the side’s upcoming trial against Parramatta.
We should offer him a no year deal. Just joking…. he might be a decent recruit to a team of players who have individual points to prove. You guys can’t seriously be pondering klemmer? He is absolutely useless. I think flano has his eyes set a bit higher than that. Only way you could possible even consider it is if it was a one year deal
It doesn’t work like that.No mucking around.
Molo for Hazelton
Lawrie for Klemmer
Clean swap. All contracts are canceled and players and new clubs just negotiate new contracts.
Thanks for the update, would prefer two. Happy we are still chasing big TomApologies I’ve heard it’s a one year deal , club still going hard for Hazelton
I hope you are rightFlanno doesn't seem to think so.. he has been in a bog average team but one of there most consistent forwards. I'm sure you'll end up cheering for him soon enough
Fair callI see where you are coming from
Without the "Molo" conundrum, talk of Klemmer to Dragons would inspire not so neutral expressions of indifference.
Circumstances dictate a rethink
